Here at The Firm Fitness, we have structured our workouts to be scalable to your fitness needs. We make sure that as a new team member you're given a thorough assessment to make sure that we are addressing your individual goals and any restrictions you might have. We base our workouts on Core Fundamental Movements to make sure each team member has the foundation to reach their goals successfully and without injury.
We offer group classes with semi-private or private training. This includes:
-Fitness assessment and goal strategy session.
-Personalized workout written by a nationally certified, Firm appointed trainer.
-Reassessment and updated workout every 6-8 weeks.
-Diet consultation.

Fantastic gym, worth every cent. JJ has assembled a solid group of trainers, who are always looking out for you.
Correcting form, encouraging you, and riding the fine line of getting more out of every workout without the risk of injury. Always coming up with creative exercises that are catered to your strengths and weaknesses and leaving egos at the door.
I especially like the βsmall classβ approach they take, as I donβt feel like I need 1-1 time for the entire time. Just enough to keep me accountable, push me for that last rep, and recalibrate every 8 weeks depending on progress.

This place is awesome. The trainers and the other customers are incredibly kind and supportive. If you join, I suggest setting calendar appointments with reminders for right when bookings open because slots fill up fast. It's not surprising that they do because they'll get you in insanely good shape and you'll love your life.

The Firm is a truly special gym filled with great people. All of the trainers - JJ, Justyna, Eshan, Adam are incredible. They watch your form carefully and encourage you to do your best. The routines are specialized for your individual needs and I have been blown away by my progress - gained 6 lbs of muscle in 2 months! The Firm is such a welcoming place I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve any aspect of their fitness.

I cannot thank everyone at the Firm enough! Since Covid - the Firm has managed to do what they do best. They re-invented their personal training services to online classes. My sessions maybe long distance, but JJ checks in with me to assess me personally and to tailor exercises to my specific needs. Andrea, has helped me create better habits and with her encouragement, I actually look forward to my weekly workouts. The entire Firm Family has been amazing to work with, and you know they are vested in my progression. Thank you all for helping me get to where I am today!
