I absolutely love Fit Factory! Austin is the most amazing trainer and the other coaches and clients are very welcoming. Austin really knows what he is doing, both with training and supplements. His workouts are always challenging and fun. He is so encouraging and always challenging and supporting me to do my best. If you’re looking for a new fitness home, look no further. Want a healthy shake after your workout? They'll make one for you.

Did you forget your shaker? You can buy one there or they have disposable shakers.

Have you had issues in the past with a personal trainer not knowing what machine or free weight to use next? Don't worry this gym is ran by pro's ( with many years of experience.) with all the heavy duty equipment you will ever need. Even equipment you've never seen before.

Read the personal trainer's biography by visiting their website so you can meet your personal trainer beforehand. They have both male and female trainers and either trainer I've seen works great with both male or female clients.

Give it a shot like I did. Just FYI if you haven't seen a personal trainer in the past it does cost extra. But take into account that you're using their equipment, time and expertise. Now that being said they're transparent about their pricing and it's reasonable for what you're getting.

Oh last but not least, they sell protine, BCAA's, weight loss supplements and a bunch of other supplements that they can explain for you if you ask. I buy my protein shaker there too because in my opinion they're (the one's that say 5%) are the best shakers I've ever used. No leaks and the have a finger handle.

My history is about 4 months and I am very happy there. I rarely miss a day and they've never missed a day (including holidays).

BTW; they're not going to make you do anything you don't want to do that may medically effect you. You're safe there. That doesn't mean he or she won't push you to your limits.

Also, they're not going to make you lift weight you can't handle. They modify each session to each individual and they know what you can or cannot do.

I met the owner back in 2002 at a local gym in Modesto as I would notice his workouts at the gym were killer. Since then he has became my go to for all my supplements and workout needs. It’s not his job but his hobby. You can’t find true dedicated trainers like this anymore. There just not built in this generation like that anymore. I live out of state now but whenever I’m in town visiting family I make sure to schedule a workout in at the fit factory!!!

My fitness journey at The Fit Factory began in June 2017. I was recovering from ACL surgery and my intent to return to skiing required that I strengthen the muscles in my legs. With Austen’s coaching through the difficult and painful process I was able to return to the slopes in December 2017. I love his approach to training he challenges me. I show up, work hard and follow Austen’s coaching. I’m stronger all over, I most appreciate that I am able to lift and carry heavy things in regular life and at the gym.

the fit factory stocks hard to find products at competitive prices. They are responsive to inquires and ship products fast. I ordered tuesday, my items were shipped wednesday and arrived friday morning with end to end tracking. Seamless! very happy and will do business again with them very soon.
