I am staying in Sonoma for a few days and wanted to try one of the local gyms here. This place has a huge selection of equipment and free weights. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great vibes all around! I will definitely be coming back here next time I’m in the area.

Very easy to get a day pass. Arturo is very easy to schedule with. The gym is super clean and very well equipped with really cool new and old school (which I love) equipment, all of which was incredibly well maintained. I'll definitely visit again on my next trip to Sonoma.

Stopped by with the wife while we were in town and got a quick workout in. We were impressed!

The gym is maintained and kept very clean and has great equipment. We both had great workouts and would recommend this gym to anybody.

One thing I wish was different was slightly cheaper day passes. That’s all.

Owner is a great guy and knows his stuff. All equipment is perfect, all hammer strength, cybex, etc. Also have an an amazing variety of machines and attachments (including hammer strength incline, hack, smith, etc.) would definitely recommend to anyone remotely serious about lifting

Fitness factory is a great place to workout I am a serious weightlifter and moved here from San Francisco a year ago. I was looking for a clean affordable place that has good equipment for the serious fitness person. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the clean equipment it is great after working out at 24 hour fitness for 7 years. l am having a great time and am reaching my fitness goals.

My daughter and I enjoyed this gym while staying in Sonoma. The owner was very flexible with short term memberships. Plenty of equipment to achieve your fitness goals, very clean and everyone was pleasant. We also loved the playlist so much we didn’t use our AirPods! I highly recommend this gym!

Here in town a few days and been trying local gyms. Fitness factory is by far the best. Equipment is great. From the choice of pieces you can tell the owner actually trains, it's not just 1 single brand that he got a deal on but instead select pieces from different brands that just feel right. If you take your training serious, I'd highly recommend

Amazing gym! You won't find fancy locker rooms, overpriced cafe food, or fake gym goers here. This is a true gym and one of the very few we've found out of town that matches the equipment and vibe as our home gym House of Pain. Some of the best old school machines you'll find and plenty of cardio too, if you're into that :-)

If you want to get a great lift then this is the place for you. My wife and I were in town for Bottlerock and did day passes Friday and Saturday and I had 2 of the best pumps I've had in a long time. 5+ stars!

Best gym in town! Multiple machine options for every muscle group. Not just your typical commercial gym only focused on classes and cardio. This gym has something for every training style with a laid back ownership that supports its members. First gym our powerlifting team has ever had real support!! We have world record holding lifters that actually get acknowledged for what we've acheived. Wouldn't train anywhere else.

I transferred over here when it first opened from Sonoma Fit amd previously belonged to Parkpoint Club both in the City of Sonoma. I competed for about six years with NPC and had to supplement my workouts with 24 Fitness due to lack of training equipment at parkpoint and Sonoma Fit. Fitness Factory has everything you need to make a full body transformation with detail. There are competent trainers who frequent the gym and will offer help and training assistance is you needed. Additionally there are Pro level competitors on site training and very approachable. I wouldn’t go back to either Parkpoint or Sonoma fit or 24 Fitness. Management is friendly and membership is reasonable.

I've been working out here since it opened and I can say it is clean, well equipped and open anytime of the day or night. The combination of machines, free weight and cardio machines are unmatchable anywhere else in the Town of Sonoma. The membership is also very reasonable in comparisons to Sonoma Fit and Parkpoint Club. You don't have to wait to get through your workout.

Sonoma is tough because it’s a small town. Only a few gyms and so prices can be steep. If you want to lift weights, heavy weights, get some good cardio and get in shape, best spot in town! More bang for a lower buck.

Love the gym! Has every machine you can think of even glute drive! Several cable racks so plenty space to workout. Not very busy in the morning if you prefer less people around you. Open 24/7, you have to call front desk if you are not a member to get access to gym. Very affordable and friendly atmosphere.

What a joke of a gym. It's says it is open at 7 am but we sat around for 20 min along with about 4 other cars waiting to get in. We ended up going to another gym. What a terribly run business. If u say you'll be open you better be open.

As gyms go, this one is not the biggest, or fanciest, or possessing the absolute latest equipment. But it's a clean gym with all the free weights and machines you'll ever need to get give yourself a complete workout (and you get a workout towel upon entering the gym).

If you know what you're at the gym for in the first place, the Fitness Factory is a solid choice.
