I’m a trainer here and this place is such a vibe. TONS of space and equipment, this is a gym rat’s dream. As a coach, you cannot beat the amount of machines and tools. Owner Dr. Kelly is so warm and welcoming, this place is like your second home. Support local business!

Working with Dr. Kelly at Fitness Farm has completely changed how I feel about going to the gym. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient—someone who genuinely listens and takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. I really appreciate how I can pick his brain about healthy habits or viral fitness trends—he always has thoughtful, evidence-based answers, and I trust his insight far more than what I see from random influencers online.

The gym itself is a great space, well-organized, and everyone shares it respectfully. I go early in the morning, and it never feels crowded. I used to dread going to the gym or working with personal trainers, but now I actually look forward to my sessions. Dr. Kelley has helped me build confidence and made fitness feel like something I can enjoy, not just endure.

I have worked out with personal trainers for years but didn’t enjoy being locked into a strict weekly schedule. Fitness Farm has been the perfect solution — I can come and go whenever I want, work out as long as I want, and Kelly is always there to support me. And it is incredibly affordable!

Kelly is incredibly knowledgeable, tailoring every workout to my goals, fitness level, and personal preferences. He has given me the confidence to work out on my own, something I never thought I’d be able to do.

I really love the flexibility of the program! It is a full stocked gym, offering everything you could possibly need, and the community is one of the best parts. The regulars in the morning motivate me, and the energy from the other trainers and clients makes every visit fun.

Since joining, I’ve noticed a real difference in my body and have become much stronger. I can’t recommend Fitness Farm and Kelly enough!

The Fitness FARM is a great gym all around. Kelly, the owner, is very knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help his clients and members. No matter what your goal is, he can help you reach it. I loved the programming he prepared for me while I trained there. The outdoor spaced is incredible and this gym has all the equipment you need and more. All of the trainers are very friendly and create such a welcoming vibe.

The FARM is where it's at! The owner Kelly has built something special - with purpose and intent - to get you to MOVE! No egos allowed here. True expertise resides within, with Kelly's deep knowledge and expertise, through real practice and eduction, he can guide you and set you loose. Technique, programmatic training, a first class facility, it's all here. There really isn't a true comparison in broader San Mateo & Burlingame to what the FARM brings to your fitness needs. Been going here since the jump and have never seen a place come close. Check it out!

The Farm is an amazing gym. It has everything for Olympic lifting, powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, and more. There is an outdoor area for sleds, yokes, battle ropes, monkey bars, etc... There is also plenty of room and equipment for stretching and mobility work.
Kelly is also a fantastic coach. He has helped correct a lot of mistakes I made when training on my own, and I have learned so much from him. He's always willing to program for my goals ranging from training for a Spartan Race to learning Olympic lifting to Bodybuilding. Kelly is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with answering questions regarding form, recovery, diet, and anything else.
Additionally, the gym has a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and encouraging, so it's easy to stay motivated. I always look forward to my next workout at The Farm.

I worked out with Kelly for the past three months and have only positive things to say about The Fitness Farm. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable about lifting technique (we worked on deadlift, squat, press, and bench) and programming. He's also a friend, relaxed, interesting person to chat with.

The gym is large and spacious and well-ventilated. There are indoor and outdoor areas. If you're into barbell exercises, as I am, you have many different choices of barbells, weights, racks, and benches.

The "vibe" is friendly and relaxed, not competitive or intense. Seems like a place for regular people who are trying to get fit and strong.

I'm the type of person who's always uncomfortable in the gym for lots of reasons. This is the first gym in my life that I enjoy going to. The place is cozy, welcoming, and has a really friendly atmosphere. The other people who come to work out are nice, and I already know a lot of them. The wonderful owner, Kelly, is always updating and adding equipment. There are tons of interesting and useful things here, but most importantly for me is that Kelly (and the trainers who work with clients here) are always willing to help and give tips. It's obvious that the gym was made, and is maintained, with lots of love, professionalism, and enthusiasm. I'm really happy I found "my" gym. Thanks, Kelly!

The Farm has been my second home for the past year. This clean & airy private personal training studio has almost everything you need for your training needs. Weightlifting, powerlifting, olympic lifting, strongman, bodybuilding,, yoga.
The outdoor space with a jungle gym is great for all sorts of activities such as, sled, monkey bars. Or just take your kettlebells and dumbbells outdoors in the sun for a fun workout.

Dr. Kelly, the owner, and my coach is a chiropractor and a strength coach with a vast knowledge about fitness, physiology, and life in general!!

Come check it out for yourself. I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I do!

Great gym! Kelly is awesome - friendly and clean place to workout. Kelly is always willing to help you with any questions you might have about an exercise or issues you might have . Always new equipment coming in to help with anyone’s fitness journey. Cute cats hanging around (if you’re a cat lover). Overall an amazing place-feels like a second home. Can’t imagine ever going back to a regular gym. Love the place- would recommend to anyone!

The Farm has it all!

Light weights, heavy weights, ropes, bands, bars, benches, racks, sleds, jungle gyms, a large private outdoor space (astroturf'd), multiple indoor areas with a variety of equipment, clean facilities, parking, and a group of fantastic trainers - just to name a few things!

Kelly, the owner, is a great cardio/powerlifting/all-around fitness trainer and chiropractic therapist - very down to earth and knowledgeable.

Tony is fantastic with body movement and the yoga classes - you always leave them with your body feeling better and having learned at least a handful of new tips/tricks/ideas about yourself.

I am currently one of the trainers at The FARM, and I love the gym! Dr. Kelly, the owner, has built this place from the ground up to be a unique and diverse training space, and he continues to pour his soul into making a facility that caters to all kinds of health and fitness needs.

The indoor space features soft floors that are easy on the hands and knees and perfect for ground-based work and stretching. This space is often more quiet for clients who desire and appreciate more focused work without weights slamming around them. The pilates reformer in the back is perfect for those looking for that kind of training.

As you walk outside, you really see what The FARM has to offer: a HUGE turfed outdoor space (Read: adult playground). Giant monkey bar rig, battle ropes, sleds, tires, and more! My clients enjoy working outdoors when the weather is nice, and as a trainer, it's a pleasure to not be stuck inside all day.

You can't miss the iconic Barn door, and when that thing slides open, you know it's business time! Kelly transformed an old rundown storage garage into a legit garage lifting gym. From olympic lifting platforms, to powerlifting racks, the "Barn" as we call it, is where the heavy lifting gets done.

In need of some chiropractic/massage work? No problem, Dr. Kelly has you covered. He also built his chiropractic office around back for clients and patients who may have more subtle physical needs.

If you're looking for a trainer to help you with your strength, mobility, or fitness needs in a facility that has some character, come check us out.
