I love this yoga studio!! Everyone is very welcoming. The studio is on the smaller side, which I prefer. The lavender aroma is soothing, plus it's a heated room! They offer different types of yoga for all levels (yoga strength, vinyasa, gentle flow, etc). They provide blocks, blankets, weights, straps. I love going to Jacqueline's classes- she makes it fun and plays great music! I wish they were open everyday but unfortunately they are closed on Thursday & Saturday. I'm so happy I found this local gym. I truly feel like I belong. Highly recommend!!

Wow! As someone who prefers to workout really hard over at the Energy Lab, I absolutely love coming to yoga at The Fort. Every time I attend a class I think "Why don't I do this more?". My flexibility has improved and I always leave refreshed and with a clearer mind. Thanks to the instructors who make everyone at every level feel welcome!

The Fort is the added bonus to the Energy Lab. They have a team of talented instructors and a wide selection of classes. There’s something for everyone. Jill and Jacquelyn are the best. If you’re looking for yoga in downtown, Redlands, you have to try the Fort.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Redlands, The Fort is more than a yoga studio—it's a tranquil retreat that marries the physical and mental aspects of yoga and movement with an unmatched serenity and (infrared) warmth. From the welcoming smell of lavender that greets you at the door to the thoughtful and skilled instructors, you'll find not just a place to practice yoga, but a supportive community that encourages growth, mindfulness, and well-being in every aspect. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a holistic approach to their yoga journey.

I love going to The Fort, especially Jacqueline‘s sculpt class. It’s a great workout and she’s hilarious. Everyone in the classes represent all different body types, ages, and backgrounds, and are so nice and welcoming! I recommend The Fort and Energy Lab for everyone.

I always leave feeling so refreshed and centered—a perfect way to start and end my week!
First - The Fort just feels welcoming. The atmosphere, the instructors, the music, the size of the room, the props, it all creates a safe space so I feel completely comfortable having my eyes closed and just relaxing into the flow.
Second - Jacqueline is amazing! I go to one or two of her classes every week (for the past 8 weeks now). She is so supportive and skilled! I love the way she ends her class, and I think you will too (ok I may have cried a few times!).
I started as a total beginner, so don't be worried if you don't know any poses or feel intimidated - you will be so happy you came! Don't forget to take off your shoes and take a deep breath.

I’m so happy that I was refereed to The Fort. I had never tried yoga before and the owner of the Energy Lab suggested it because I was going through post partum & also stress of running a new business . It has definitely changed my life .
I’ve been going now for 4 months or so and my body and mind feel amazing , not only that my stress levels have gone down tremendously & I do not have postpartum anymore , my postpartum stopped a month after coming 2-3 times a week and the body aches and stiffness I had due to having my baby are gone.
This is one thing in my life I would not give up. Fort Flow 1&2 are my favorite classes to take.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone , it’s nice to slow down and to just take some time for yourself .

So glad I stumbled upon this hidden gem. The FORT is a beautiful, clean, and brand new space to get a strong practice yet still unwind. Being new in town, I have been hoping to find somewhere to build community and I felt incredibly welcomed right away by the owners, staff, and fellow yogis.
I took Patrick’s class and it is the perfect balance of work and recovery. He has a great energy, knowing how to push you and make it accessible. The 30 days of unlimited yoga for $35 was also an obvious choice. Looking forward to continuing my practice here!
