South Bay Location: Rachel, Alba, Allyson, Mia on 🔁 — their routines are dynamic and methodical. Every instructor has a unique & refreshing teaching style. If you are looking for a full body workout from brain to toe; TFR is it.

Monica was one of the worst instructors I’ve ever experienced. Would rather spend my time and money elsewhere

I love this workout, this studio and the teachers. It’s so fun and challenging at the same time. Any day I start my day with a TFR class taught by Leah or rachel, it’s always a good day. Highly recommend to anyone, they are super welcoming of all levels!

Such an amazing place and great sense of community. This is hot mat Pilates X Zumba lol. Great music and so much fun. Sometimes you forget you’re exercising. Amazing instructors! Also Leah is amazing! Makes 6am sooooo much fun. Makes you want to keep coming back for that high.

I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am this place opened up close to me! I have been looking for a group fitness class and I have been having an absolute blast here. I’ve taken classes with a few different instructors and they’re all great, but I consistently take Amanda’s classes on Monday and Wednesdays. I have so so so much fun and I love how each week the combos change. The classes are challenging but the music and Amanda’s positive attitude keep me pushing. Shoutout TFR, love this place. I have been telling all my South Bay friends to give this place a shot. See you on the mat!

I’m so glad I stumbled on TFR! I stopped in on a whim and was immediately welcomed by the teachers and staff. They convinced me to try it (luckily I had the right ‘fit but no towel— TAKE A TOWEL!!!) and it was amazing! I took Allyson’s class and loved her energy. The class is broken into three parts, but the whole thing is dance-party fun. The workout was challenging but not impossible. It helps if you have some Pilates/barre/Jane Fonda etc experience because it’s very fast paced— there isn’t a ton of specific instruction and there’s no correction, but the instructor demonstrates the moves clearly. It took me a minute to get some of the multi-step moves, but I liked that you do them long enough (like for an entire song) that you have time to catch up, and therefore get the benefit of that particular exercise. I loved the hot room, the dance energy, and the great workout! Definitely going back whenever I’m in town!

Challenging classes and energetic instructors. To charge $260/month (price increasing again soon) with NO showers and the amount you sweat is crazy though!

Today I tried The Full Routine for my first time and it was both fun and challenging. I took Monica’s class and she is actually one of the best instructors I have ever encountered in terms of empowerment and energy. She was authentic and genuinely inspiring. I was so impressed by her ability to queue and lead the class with such vigor.
The room was heated and it definitely helped contribute to my sweat but it was not too hot to the point where I felt like I had to leave… yay !
The workout itself is a perfect balance of cardio, sculpt, and dance. It is genuinely fun and challenged my coordination since I can be on the awkward end of movement …
I do wish that I had known to also bring a mat towel and not just a regular towel prior to class lol… but that totally could be on me.
The front desk staff was so kind. I’ll definitely be back ! It’s not often a workout feels this fun but effective.
