10/10 would come here again. As an boxer recovering from injuries, I chose to come here for a less crowded and private environment the gym had to offer while I rehabilitated my body which was truly upheld. This gym in particular in comparison to the other IE gyms is easily one of the best if you're looking for a more relaxed gym environment that is very welcoming. The people here are all work hard individuals and they even have a coffee bar. There were such random little things they had but it really is a good community here compared to the various public gyms in rancho I've experienced. The gym membership is definitely worth it as it has all you could possibly need in your workout routine along with individuals who clearly know what they're doing with clients. Come here if you want a good gym experience daily.

Perry is the goat when it comes to personal training. Following his plans will get the results you want quick! he’s also easy to work with if you’re a busy person like myself. He always works with my schedule to get me in when I have the time, most times going out of his way to accommodate me. He’s very informative with other effective techniques and remedies you can apply outside of training in the gym for achieving your fitness goals. If you are looking to take your fitness goals to the next level, or lack motivation and need that encouragement we all do, THE GRID is where it’s at!
At first I was reluctant setting up a consultation with my trainer, Perry Davis. I had been working out regularly on my own for about a year. But after ny cancer diagnosis during summer 2023. I had nothing to lose. Perry, pushes all of his clients to see and believe in themselves. THE GRID, provides an environment, that no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you are welcomed and encouraged by the vibe the trainers and patrons create.
Since I’ve started training at THE GRID, I’m down 2% body fat and have gained muscle and strength!
I attribute this to the tailored meal plan, encouragement and dedication. I am also cancer free. I truly believe that it’s a combination of diet, mindset and physical exercise that saved me. I have no plans to stop!

The most difficult part is getting yourself up and going! The rest is a cakewalk… pun intended!
You will see and feel the impact THE GRID and trainers like Perry will have on your wellbeing and physical health!

Just wanted to shout out Perry who has been the most amazing trainer. I've been training with Perry for the last 8 years and he has helped me with all my body goals. He trained me before pregnancy, while I was pregnant and afterwards to help me get back to my pre pregnancy weight. He always accommodates my schedule and works with me. If you are looking for that summer body hit Perry up! You will not be disappointed.

Brand new gym that has been fully revamped & improved since I became a member, approximately 3 months ago. The trainers are respectful and mature, the owners are friendly and help with anything needed AND they have made INSANE upgrades in the last couple of months. Broke down a wall to add more machines, ordered new machines, and added their brand on their logos/sick turf. Overall, this gym went from great to phenomenal a matter of months. I can’t imagine what 3 months from now is gonna look like, since every week it looks different and gets improved. Love being a member here and will stay as long as I can.

Great facility with the best vibe ever! If you want to go to a place to feel like you’re accomplishing your goals, this is the gym for you! I go to the Grid to work out with Perry Davis who is a motivating and professional Personal Trainer. Through his program I am accomplishing my fitness goals! My first day I could only do 2 pushups and 5 on my knees now 6 weeks into the program I can do 50 pushups non stop after a complete back work out. That’s optimum progress if you ask me. Come join the flex movement at The Grid Fitness Club!!!!!!

Went in to speak to a trainer (Perry Davis) who works at this location but advertised through the neighborhood app. for “ 1:1 or group training, guaranteed weight loss on any of his programs, meal plan, etc.” paid well over 700$ for four sessions a week at 45 minutes each. Price was very high. Don’t know if the trainer is credentialed but I didn’t ask, I just assumed he worked at the Grid where they claim to have the best 1:1 qualified trainers, so I went with it. I paid him in full because outside of that it was either pay him per session at 50$ or pay for the full month which would be cheaper in the long run. I trained a total of three sessions with him. First session was 23 min. Second session was 20 min. And third session was almost a full 30 min. Second session had an appt. To meet at an early morning time, but he said he had to push my time back because he was getting a haircut. On the 3 rd visit he let the equipment fail/fall on me because it was not clipped in right. My arm did hurt after this incident, I did let him know my arm was tight and that it was hard to grip but he brushed it off stating it was from being sore from the workout. I struggled with the workout following that incident but I finished the workout nonetheless. I went home iced my injury, cared for myself and went about my day. For the next visit we had agreed to meet early morning 6:30 am on Super Bowl day but he canceled at around 4:30/5 am stating he was “sick”. Come to find out he had gone to a party the night before, and per his social media he had drinks and everything else that happens at a party and I assume he didn’t get home till 3 am and was now tired. Which he later confessed to me, “that he was tired and needed to rest which is the reason he canceled”. That pretty much made me not trust him and at that point I decided that I wouldn’t continue because not only is he lying about why he can’t make his appointments, but the sessions are not the full 45 min. As he agreed to. It was all just very unprofessional. I asked for my money back, even stated he could charge me $150 for the three sessions I had already completed (even though they were not 45 min.) to find some sort of way to compromise but he declined to give me any of my money back. So with that said, I wouldn’t suggest training with this trainer and would highly recommend doing a greater deal of research than I did on this facility and the members that work under them to ensure you are actually receiving what you are paying for and that you are training safely. He never stated I wouldn’t get a refund but he did guarantee his work. Which at this point his word means nothing. Unprofessional individual that makes the facility look bad unfortunately. I am not the kind of person that wants to write a bad review but this experience has been the absolute worst experience and I do not wish anyone else to experience what I have.
