I have been coming to The Grid for over a year now. The owner Josh will work with you, push you when you need that little push and match your energy. If you need to modify for whatever reason, hes got you! He believes in form, and listening to our bodies to avoid injury. Everyone that goes there is great and it's like we are our own little family. We all encourage each other in so many ways.
