I’ve had such a positive experience at this gym. Not only is the workout equipment well maintained and easy to use, but the front desk associates are always super friendly and welcoming. What really stood out to me was when my car died in the parking lot, the staff members made sure I was safe and helped me jump start my car. That level of kindness and customer service is rare, definitely recommend THE GYM ONTARIO!!!

This specific gym is the best. I drive from Montebello to Ontario every day just to come here. The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. The lighting is amazing. They have my favorite protein drinks. My favorite gym. And I have all gym memberships. The Gym Ontario. The best!!

Overall, a good friendly, positive gym! The management and team provide excellent and friendly positive vibes. The atmosphere and the environment is amazing, with a nice fresh sexy feel to it. Its not just a gym thats just wants your money like most corporations. TG Gym is more like family and they care about your needs and well being. The only big thing I do have about this gym is that no one puts there weights back where they belong and most of the weights are just on the floor, and the mens restroom is not clean or restock as much. But I still give it a 5 out of 5. If you want a quick and effective workout this is the place to go and the membership is adorable and will not hurt your packets. For being open 247 7 days a week

I’ve been coming to The Gym Ontario for about 5 months now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best I’ve ever been to. The team here is always kind, helpful, and encouraging and I truly believe that positive energy comes from the top. Every time I walk in, I’m warmly welcomed and surrounded by an amazing workout atmosphere.

The gym is super clean. I always see staff maintaining and cleaning throughout the day. The equipment is well taken care of and always in working order, which makes such a difference. You can tell the team really takes pride in creating a great environment for members.

Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, motivating, and friendly place to work out!

I went in for a tour and the gym seemed nice. The first sales rep I met kindly gave me a tour, and then she allowed me to keep looking around before she left to take care of something. I was interested in a membership and seriously considering getting it that day.

Then, a guy (James) came up to me and told me I had to leave since the tour concluded. I asked if I could see the bathroom/locker rooms first (I wanted to see lighting and cleanliness) and he kept rudely telling me I had to leave.

I wouldn’t want to be at a gym where the staff treats members or prospective members that way. The first sales rep was great, the second was enough to look elsewhere.

Love the layout and full surround sound system, however it appears machines keep breaking down every week. I am also wondering why they do not supply any paper napkins to wipe down machines before and after use for members. I am disappointed to see they do not enforce a no filming policy or a dress code policy since it appears that people have started to workout without clothes on. For sanitary reasons, I hope they provide disposable paper napkins for disinfecting.

When this gym first opened in Ontario, CA, I was genuinely impressed and excited to be a member. The facility was clean, welcoming, and had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, just a few months in, the environment has drastically changed.

Lately, I’ve noticed a growing number of members — both men and women — setting up cameras to film themselves and wearing extremely revealing clothing. It’s become uncomfortable and invasive, especially when I find myself in the background of someone’s video without my consent. I did not sign up to be part of anyone’s social media content.

It’s disheartening that the gym management seems more focused on allowing this kind of recording rather than ensuring a respectful, comfortable space for all members. I believe everyone has a right to work out without feeling objectified or exposed to an unwanted audience.

This experience has made me feel unsafe and disrespected, and because of that, I’ve decided to cancel my membership. I truly hope the gym reconsiders its policies around filming and dress code to create a more PROFESSIONAL and inclusive environment.

Beware of the fact that the gym owners or whoever is in charge here are money hungry. Makes sense as to it being a new gym and all, however , I simply don’t agree with how they’re trying to build clientele. First off, there are absolutely no free passes, no day passes, etc. A single day pass is $25. I can get an entire month somewhere else for that price! If you want to upgrade your pass, there are fees. If you want to change your pass to a yearly pass, there’s more fees. If you want to cancel ANYTHING- there are FEES. They charge you for EVERYTHING. Also, their machines seem to be the temu version of machines - very low quality . My boyfriend and I are super disappointed since we had been going to The Gym-Victorville for years! This management team and the prices are nothing like theirs . After trying this location for a month - we are left disappointed. Unfortunately we had to get lifetime memberships elsewhere.

Hands down, best gym in Ontario, plenty of equipment cable machines bench press and the atmosphere will get you motivated through your workout good music awesome staff and plenty of treadmills and elliptical machines as well. Take a tour you won't be disappointed. Oh, and it's not packed, and it's open 24 hours. Unmatched no place like it.
