I had wanted to correct my posture through pilates, but was struggling to find an instructor. Then I found Claudia. She had taught me at my own pace and is instrumental in me sticking with pilates. I also began to work with Shari whom further me along with study of my own body. I would had given up on pilates had I not found this studio. Thank you for supporting me in my wellness journey.

I have taken Pilates for several years but this was my first time at this studio. I took a private with Rebecca who is a first class teacher. She understands body mechanics extremely well. I have signed up to take weekly classes from her. I highly recommend her!

It was wonderful to find a Classically trained Pilates studio. My husband enjoyed his first lesson with Claudia and Rebecca worked me out. My powerhouse is every so grateful. I, hopefully my husband as well, look forward to more lessons.

The studio is inviting and resides in a beautiful space.

Hi,

Although "exercise" is not new in my life, because as a Physical Therapist I have
treated scores of patients. What is new is that I now spend time doing exercise
to benefit myself.
I like Pilates because the focus is on strengthening stabilization musculature
instead of the large prime movers. The staff at Hundred and More do a thorough
job of constant reminders about creating length with all movements.
Because I have very tight areas in my body, I also like to throw in a bit of Yoga when
I do my own work outs.
The studio is a lovely place to come to and to work-out. For me what works best
is a mat class and a personal work-out on my own time. I love this flexibility.

This is a beautiful studio with the full array of classical equipment. Instruction is top notch. I've been a private Pilates client for many years and have found this studio to be the best in the Walnut Creek area. If you are a serious Pilates person, this is the studio for you.

After seeing the changes 6 months of Pilates practice made in a good friend's self carriage (she gained an inch in height) and horseback riding, i decided to see if Pilates lessons could do the same for me. I have not been disappointed! I've been working with Claudia twice a week since February and am still amazed at the improvement in my posture, core strength and overall body awareness. My pain free shoulders, which were a problem for years, were an unexpected benefit!
I love the individual attention of the private sessions. Claudia is a wonderful teacher and coach--working to ensure you do the movements correctly and regularly adding movements to keep you progressing. The Hundred & More is a beautiful studio, comfortable and bright with knowledgeable instructors in Classical pilates. It is a welcoming studio for beginners as well as long time practitioners.

I started taking Pilates 2 years ago in March of 2015. While I enjoyed the exercise, I realized I wasn't getting the classical instruction that I craved, so a little over a month ago I decided to research pilates studios in the East Bay once more. My search results did not disappoint as they led me to The Hundred & More. I emailed the owner, Claudia, to discuss pricing and scheduling, and she responded promptly and answered all of my questions thoughtfully in detail.

The first time I entered the studio I was very impressed with how clean and immaculate it was. Everything was neat and organized, and I got a really good feeling from the setup, a real, good, genuine down to earth vibe from the studio itself as well as Claudia.

I've had several private sessions with Claudia now, and all I can say is that I really enjoy working with her. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Pilates, and she makes learning the classical way fun, accessible, and enjoyable, which I really appreciate. I've also attended one of her group classes, and it was wonderful! It was great to meet new people and work out together and achieve a collective flow as we followed along to Claudia's masterful instruction.

I'm looking forward to continuing my work with her going forward as well as attending more group classes as well. I should add that doing Pilates has really helped minimize the lower back pain I once described as excruciating. Now I am largely pain free and feel much greater strength, balance, and alignment in my body. If you want to feel better and learn the Pilates way as developed by Joseph Pilates himself, then this place is definitely for you!

This is the only Classical Pilates studio in the area; they have Gratz equiptment, highly educated instructors with 10+ years experience and great classes. This is a WC hidden gem! Truly the best Pilates studio I've worked out at in 15 years.

My go to exercises have always been mountain biking and playing softball, and I've always tended to avoid going to crowded gyms. I'm so glad I gave Pilates a try here a year ago. They focus on small classes, with lots of individual attention in a low-pressure setting. Now I always look forward to going to this beautiful Pilates Studio. Claudia is great to work with and I've had the pleasure to work with each of the Rebecca's.

I started taking Pilates from Claudia at The Hundred and More in June 2016 with the new student package. The private lessons with Claudia prepared me for the group classes. Slowly I have learned some basics and feel excited to go to class, though at first I was intimidated and wanted to quit! Some of my back and neck aches and pains from computer work have gone away and I feel my core strengthening.

This beautiful Pilates studio has all of the specific and high-end Pilates equipment and is run professionally but with a personal, family-like feel. Claudia and Rebecca are stern task-masters but are also caring and friendly. It is expensive. Classes are $30 each but the classes are very small and you get personal attention throughout. I recommend giving it a try!
