As a busy mom, I am so genuinely grateful we found Jump Lab when my son was starting his first football season. He needed help learning how to work out his body and build strength the right way, and the Jump Lab team delivered incredible support. The investment was truly worth it. The program starts every athlete with a pre-assessment of their ability and offers regular checks to measure their growth.

Every time I dropped him off, I had total peace of mind knowing he was in a safe and supportive place, receiving direct, expert attention from the coaches. Their communication is also clear and easy to follow, which is a huge help for my busy schedule.

The program is fantastic because it focuses on injury prevention and proper technique first. My son is now visibly stronger, more confident, and most importantly, he has learned how to safely build power and endurance. The coaches are positive and motivating every step of the way.

My kid loves this place! He’s been going for a few months and every workout keeps him motivated and engaged. The coaches are awesome, encouraging, patient, and they know how to bring out the best in the kids. I’ve seen a big boost in his confidence and fitness since starting. Jumplab has trainers that challenge their athletes. My daughter has been going and has seen amazing results in her vertical jump and overall play in volleyball. Signed up for a trial at jump lab for my 10yo son on the recommendation of a friend who had been taking their kids for a few years now. Was concerned about him being so young and he is definitely on the younger side, mostly hs athletes but it wasn't an issue at all. the staff and patrons make him feel very welcome and he loves the workouts... And I love the visible improvement and the fact that his shirt is soaked by the endof each workout.

As soon as my son did an evaluation at The Jump Lab two years ago, he/we were hooked. My son plays football and basketball, and the team does specific training to build his strength and skills for both sports. The weights and equipment are diverse, and more than you would find in a standard gym.The team really pushes my son to his limits, but they do so in a guided and safe way. I’ve been going to jump lab for 5 years now and I can’t say enough about it. I’ve switched sports from baseball to football and the team has been amazing in developing my explosiveness and sport specific strength. I highly recommend Jump Lab to those looking for their athlete to see immediate results to their performance. I have 2 volleyball players (middle blocker) who I put through Jump Lab's program and both increased their overall jump height along with increased strength in hitting/blocking. Recently, after a single session, my player had a game within a couple of days. My player, their coach, and I noticed an increase in performance and confidence. My daughter is currently playing high school basketball and she started working out at Jump Lab several months ago. The owner Coach Ben and his team have been great about strength training her legs and knees, with workouts tailored for my daughter and improving her overall physical strength and jumping ability for basketball.

The instructors are very professional and patient, but also are encouraging to push my daughter to her max. The Jump Lab facilities are also top notch with a variety of great equipment that helps with all forms of strength and agility conditioning. Jump Lab has been the perfect place for her. They are really thoughtful about understanding each athlete and tailor the workouts to their specific sport, position, and need. They are great motivators, and push them hard while making it fun and challenging. They are super flexible with gym times, and you get the feeling they're genuinely rooting for each kid's success and growth.

The facility is also great. They have all the classic equipment as well as things like VertiMax platforms. It's always clean. The vibes are great - all the trainers feel excited to get the most out of ppl and everyone there wants to get better and I think that's contagious.

Most importantly they get results!!!

If you're on the fence, just ask one of the athletes training there and I'm sure they'll vouch for em. Highly recommend!!

This is the best place in the area for serious young athletes to build a solid foundation and take the lead in their physical development and start focusing on their athleticism. I’ve been training at the jump lab since my sophomore year of high school. The strength and speed training are unmatched. Ben got me dunking in my jr year and I was touching a 31 inches for my vert test. I remained injury free for all 3 years while training at jump lab.

My son started going to Jump in March 2023, after I heard about it from a teammate that was going. I let my son make the decision, after his first workout, if it was something he wanted to do and he LOVED it! Which was shocking because he was sore and could barely move afterwards. He said that the soreness from the workouts pushed him to work harder and it boosted his endorphins.

Since then, his basketball performance has improved and his body is healthier and stronger. He’s 15 but has sculpted muscles and more stamina on the court.

I love the trainers because they really tailor the individual workouts for each athlete and they use a lot of their own body weight in their workouts.

Ben is amazing and is knowledgeable about injury prevention, knowing the athletes weaknesses, and what needs to be worked on to improve their performance. I never have to give input because I trust the trainers assessments as they are all former athletes and are professionals.

I see my son going to Jump for as long as he’s an athlete.

I have been training at jumplab for the past 5 years. I was a kid with a dream to play college sports and ben and his team made that reality. The weight, speed and mental training jumplab provides is perfectly currated to the sport you play. I played football and soccer and ben adapted the training and recovering to each season. When i started going to jumplab I was small and slow, after just a month i was explosive and so much stronger, everything we do in the gym directly correlated to the field and court. If I were young again I would start working out at jumplab even earlier. I was referred by a friend with a family full of athletes, and I would strongly recommend The Jump Lab to anyone who is looking for expertise in sports training or recovery. My daughter (12) was gearing up for the USGA Regionals Gymnastics Competition when she suffered a back injury. The day before the meet, she felt ok, but was uncertain she would be able to perform at the level that got her there. Ben performed an evaluation before "scraping" and applying performance tape. My daughter's confidence soared and she finished 7th All Around among top gymnasts from CA, NV, UT and AZ competing. In the month and a half that we have started going to Jump Lab, we have seen a difference in our son’s stamina, speed and agility. He has been making a number of beautiful runs every game often beating 2-4 defenders. Just when you think he is going to get stopped he is piling or jumping through defenders and giving off a shot on goal or a cross to his teammates. Coach Ben is truly a godsend. Nothing is by accident. Found his location while walking by. I raised to travel ball softball players who are now adults. If I could give Jump Lab 10 stars I would. My daughter has been going to Jump Lab for almost 4 years. We started going to Ben to rehab my daughter's knee. Ben knew exactly what she needed to strengthen her knee and prevent any injuries. 4 years later and my daughter still goes to Jump Lab at least twice a week and has been injury free thanks to Ben's training. Hmmmm….what to do when your 12 year old asks how she can improve her agility, strength, and jumping ability. Contact Jump Lab of course. From the moment we contacted Ben it has been way more than we could have ever imagined. The coaches (Ben, Syd, and Daryl) are top notch. If our daughter has a sore ankle, knee from playing over the weekend, no problem, Ben is on it and works wonders. Ben’s response time to a text or phone call is amazing. Don’t get it twisted, the kids are there to work and work they do. The environment is pure positivity. My daughter loves putting in the work and her basketball coaches have noticed an improvement in her conditioning, agility, and jumping. I’m not sure I can give them enough props on how much they have improved my daughters confidence on and off the court. Now, if I could just get all my daughters to go!!!!

I finally found a gym for my kids. I wish I had known about this years ago, better late than never. The owner Ben is great with his athletes, and his trainers are as well. If your kids are looking to play a sport at the college level, this is the gym for them from middle school through high school. All workouts are lead by one of the amazing personal trainers who tailor the workouts to your child’s sport and get the most out of your kids while teaching proper form. The entire community here is amazing - my kids look forward to their workouts. Also, Ben is a physical therapist who helps the kids recover from sports injuries but also the normal day to day aches and pains using top of the line recovery equipment. This is a great life long investment to help your kids learn how to strength train properly and effectively.

They work with all fitness levels from the Highly competitive individual to the individual looking to get into shape or getting ready for a new sport. All the trainers have a solid fitness background who have played a sport and are highly educated and knowledgeable with fitness and nutrition.
The bonus here is the owner Ben, he definitely knows all the kids that attend his gym and is always willing to give the kids words of encouragement and courage. He is always available via a phone, text or in person if you have any questions Re: your child.

My daughter is a competitive gymnast. Ever since she started Jump Lab, she has become stronger and more confident. They corrected her running form and helped prevent injuries.
