Boogie Bash was not good, not organized.
Parents werent allowed on gym floor w kids (fine for older kids, not so much for younger). The parent fee was unclear at checkout.
The last thing: if employees want to take photos of the kids, for their social media page I imagine, you should ask the parents if its okay.

This place desperately needs a big board up front with pictures of each teacher with their first names under them.

If I could give Zero that would be my review! This gym is just in it for the money! I want to start off by saying facility and coaches for my 5year old nephew have been great, but when it comes to the management of this establishment, they bring a great level of service down into the mud! It’s obvious by how they treat management type issues here that they have a, “you can just leave we have other customers who are willing to pay,” mentality. I’ve been a gymnastics coach and gym manager before and I’ve always thought that you treat your customers like family because at the end of the day they are paying for a service and you want to see your 5year old child grow here and leave when they are 18 and going off to college. But this is the opposite, I have had a handful of issues, 1st parking, if you have a large vehicle, don’t think you’ll get a spot! They have a parking attendant who thinks they are interviewing for an ICE position and they guard the most sacred PARKING SPOT for anyone in a fancy SUV or small vehicle. They will turn you away with open spots staring you in the face, your other option is street parking and hopefully something is open. Even though you’re paying over $200 a month to take 1 weekly hour long class, don’t think that comes with the opportunity to park. Maybe if I pay more they’ll let me park in their special spaces! 2nd issue, DO NOT GET INTO ANY MISCOMMUNICATION WITH THEIR STAFF! They are always right and will use the, “it’s our policy” excuse, to just ignore the issue and not fix the problem. You will not be listened to and Jackie the manager will assume you misheard what their staff said, because she’s the one who trains them. She has obviously been jaded from all her bad experiences with customers and takes that into any new interaction with customers.
I will still be coming her because my nephew likes his coaches and I think the facility is setup perfectly for my nephew to learn and get better. I just have to know they are only here to collect my monthly $225 and I’m nothing more to them than that!

We started at The Klub 4 months or so ago and my kids love it! It’s an awesome facility and the teachers are really kind and patient. I love that Coach Fernando makes my son go back and do the parts he missed while being gentle and encouraging. And Coach Issac is great with my 1 1/2 year old! They have both showed better fine motor skills and are more confident while following instructions!

The place is decent, but the experience largely depends on the number of kids in each class. While the website states a maximum of 6 children per class, there are times when they exceed this limit. In reality, the ideal class size they can effectively manage is around 4-5 kids in young age groups.
Unfortunately, the front desk staff is quite unhelpful and rude when addressing concerns about class issues. The management team left me with a very poor impression. However, the coaches themselves are excellent and do a great job with the kids.

We love everything about the Klub (aka "TKG") My daughter has been enrolled in various gymnastics programs here for over 7 years (minus the pandemic when everything was closed). The coaches are wonderful, they have so many fun programs aside from just the regular classes, a little shocked indoor where you can buy snacks and other fun stuff, the staff are helpful and friendly, they give out lots of free stuff like popcorn and coloring sheets during holidays, etc. Can't say enough good things about this place!!😃❤️

I’m just trying to view the class schedule but the website and app are unusable. They both crash every five seconds. I got into the schedule on the website once after trying 20 times. Clicked the class. Crashed. Back to the beginning.

Had my two daughters here. Even though coaches were nice especially Coach Jon, there was no real training. Seemed like all the kids did was play and not learn “gymnastics”. Especially for how expensive the monthly tuition fee, I expected a lot more. After a year, I had to move them elsewhere.

I was torn about writing this review, but since there's not much info out there about the adult classes, I wanted to share my experience. I'll start by saying the facilities here are fantastic and every person I interacted with was wonderful and professional.
However, the website does not make it clear that the adult "classes" are open gym. Meaning, you don't get any actual instruction. They do a 30-minute guided warm-up, then you're on your own. While the instructor is there to help if you ask for it, as a beginning adult, I wouldn't even know what to ask for.
For $40, no thanks. I can practice wall handstands and bridges at home for free. I actually found myself wanting to leave early because I was bored.
I really wanted to get back into gymnastics in a real way, get trained up on apparatuses, etc. But after 17 years away, I don't feel comfortable just jumping into that with no instruction. I was so excited to find these classes and equally disappointed after going. I reached out to them about my experience, and they suggested I get 1:1 lessons instead. They did not list a price for that but if open gym is $40....
@The Klub please make it more clear what you are offering on your website.

I do love the atmosphere. I would make the classes a bit longer than just 30 mins and add more water stations and changing stations.
I did have an incident here where one of the kids picked up a giant stick ( not sure how it ended up there in the first place) and hit my daughter with it. I haven't gone back since.

I'm so happy I found The Klub Gymnastics! It was difficult for me to find adult classes, especially ones that accommodated my schedule. The Klub is an amazing, beautiful, large and open space that's run incredibly well, is super clean, with awesome employees at reception and remarkable coaches for the adult classes! They cater to where you're at, offer great suggestions and practices, give tips on how best to recover after class, and the bonus is all the amazing people who attend the classes, as well! Highly recommend them!

Speaking for the “older” athletes… the gym it is incredibly clean, organized, and not over crowded gym. They have all of the equipment; pits, tumble tracks, rod floors into the pit etc. So happy to have discovered this gym 🥰

I’m sitting here writing this in 100+ degree weather while my daughter does her class wondering why some of their sizable tuition revenue cannot be used for air conditioning…
The good: the gym is spacious and has easy, free parking available. It’s a clean space and there’s always someone available at the front desk to help. I also love their unlimited class promotions during summer breaks. Would love this to just be available always! Feels like a safe space for kids to play and my daughter loves coming here. Many of the instructors were competitive gymnasts themselves and I feel secure knowing they are teaching safely.
The not so good: its always extremely warm in here. Would love a few more simple amenities like a water fountain, area for kids to get changed, etc. I personally think the tuition cost is unreasonably expensive. It’s almost $60 per one hour class for a 5 year old. Unfortunately, that’s just the pricing in LA. Some instructors waste class time which drives me nuts because of the high tuition cost. They will start a few minutes late, end a few minutes early, and spend time doing stamps or stickers. I personally would prefer that the full class time was used for instruction. I avoid instructors who waste time and run late.

At the beginning it was okay and then coach gave my son less attention, she would just keep him on the side and skip the whole course. If they can’t handle energetic kids they should have couple of coaches in one class or less kids in one class. My son feels excluded, we feel discriminated.
Won’t send him here again. Never recommending to anyone either..

A child was excluded from being praised like certain other children. This child was made to feel bad because of their weight and not being able to execute routines like the others. Coach rallied other kids and became silent and looking in another direction when it was this child’s turn. Cupcakes were given out, but they conveniently ran out when it came to this child. Of course the child cried and wanted to know what they did wrong. This is sad, the self esteem for this child is at an all time low.

My child was enrolled in this gymnastics center pre covid. She loved it, she loved her coaches, she loved the center, she made wonderful friends... then COVID happened and the gym had to close. My daughter was devastated. So here we are, one year later and gym reopens... yay! What a great day for my daughter to hear the news! She is simply over the moon and cannot wait to go back! I noticed that they increased the tuition by almost thirty bucks! When I first signed my contract with this place, nowhere did it say there would be "gradual tuition increases", which is the excuse that I received from the customer service rep as we were texting back and forth... BTW the increase was not GRADUAL... it was more like a slap in the face! They say the increase is not due to making up for their loss during the COVID shutdown and lack of income, so why such a huge increase? The Klub is not transparent with their customers and are not being forthcoming with information. It is not the fact that I cannot afford an extra thirty bucks because I can, it is the principle that this place is taking advantage of hard working people and up charging them for a loss that they took and then passing the cost on to their customers. I am waiting for a reply from "Jacky". I have been back and forth with the customer service rep all morning... getting fake canned responses to all of my concerns. My daughter attends a private school and her tuition fees NEVER increase this much. I hope I am not the only parent bringing light to this increase. The Klub is being very deceptive. I need a copy of my signed contract asap.
Update: after being told that the "gradual tuition increase was not due to COVID" here is the email response I received stating otherwise... these people cannot keep their story straight.
Hello Julie,
Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, due to the immense shutdowns over the past year, loss of revenue, and the inability to host classes as we normally do, we had to increase the tuition prices. We are offering less classes with smaller maximums and as a result, we need to increase prices to keep The Klub Gymnastics up and running. The safety of the children is first on our mind, which is why we have greatly reduced the number of students we have inside the facility at any given time. Without the increase we would not be able to host classes at all and remain open. We hope this brings some light to the situation and we know that other businesses are also increasing prices due to similar unforeseen circumstances this past year.
*So yes, as I stated in my review earlier, they are indeed making up for their loss of revenue off the backs of their clients. No, not all activities in and around the LA area have increased their cost. My daughter attends RBAC swim and although they drastically minimized enrollment, their fees did not increase. It is despicable and shameful that this gym is taking advantage of the COVID situation and their clients. Before you decide to register your child here, do your research. There are plenty of reputable gymnastics centers who charge less and do not take advantage of their customers. Needless to say, I am done with the Klub and they will never see another dime from me ever again.

This is a true gem for kids. The staff is fabulous and the development the kids acquire is off the charts! My daughter has been attending for about 7 or 8 months and she loves it. Not to mention the skills and confidence she is getting from it. Definitely a great place!

Love the place, teacher and atmosphere. My 8 year old daughter has been taking classes for two years. She is not sport type of a person, but those classes inspired her so she is more into activity and less into iPad. Highly recommended!

One of my favorite sport activity classes for my daughter. Instructor / Couch Viny is very patient, friendly and motivation towards the kids.
Ever since my daughter started clases, (good 2 years ago) Her balance and d I've towards sports activity improved. She can do gymastic's moves not even I can do.
I highly recommend them, they are also one of top USA gymnastics teams in the nation.

Coach Quartay should not be allowed anywhere near young children. She's incompetent and vindictive.
A couple of weeks ago, parents of 4 separate kids in the class(myself included) informed the management about coach Quartay's teaching style. Instead of doing actual simple gymnastics, coach had kids find different colors of the mats as fast as they could. Pretty worthless. I thought we signed up for a gymnastics class. I was one of the parents that mentioned this. The next 2 classes were great... twirls, somersaults, actual gymnastics.
I could tell coach Quartay wasn't happy with me by her avoiding eye contact. Last Saturday I'm handed my 3 year old daughter crying. Apparently, coach Quartay decided to kick her out of class claiming that she did not follow instructions? We take all kinds of classes and this has never happened so I was confused. Meanwhile, my daughter tells me she doesn't ever want to come back to this class.
While driving home, I'm not sure what to think. Was my daughter really that bad that she deserved to be kicked out? Then I get a text message from a friend who's daughter is in the same class, same day and time. Coach Quartay decided to punish my friend's daughter by only giving her 2/4 stamps, saying that she didn't listen to her during the class. Needless to say, they switched coaches right after that class.
This vindictive coach should not be allowed anywhere near kids. She's not emotionally capable of looking after and training 3 year olds.
The real blame is with the management of course. They should of seem this a long time ago. The class went from 6-7 kids to 2 in a couple of months. Are you guys blind?
