I LOVE this gym, the trainers here are so welcoming and dedicated to what they do, especially Terrance! The only hard part about this gym is actually getting up in the morning but once you are there you feel great. I recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about getting into shape.

I have been to many gyms but, none can compare to the experience that I am having @ The Lab 909. The dedication of the trainers and staff is amazing. If you haven’t had the chance to check them out , do yourself a favor and GO, I promise you won’t regret it!!!

Beyond the best gym facility I've ever been to. The environment is amazingly great. Such good vibes and the trainers are so good at what they do. Such great motivators and inspirational. I love coming to the gym now.
