It’s my daughter’s third week, and she absolutely loves The Little Gym! The staff are very nice, welcoming, and patient with the kiddos. She’s only 3 years old and has already learned how to tumble and even do a hand flip! The place is clean, has plenty of seating, and you can watch your little ones through the glass windows. So far, it’s been a wonderful place for my little one to start, learn, and grow.

My daughter truly enjoyed her intro class at the Little Gym. Coach Julie, Coach Juliana and Coach Tiffany were so engaging and the kids loved all the activities. Coach Juliana taught my daughter to do a somersault!! We are very happy to recommend the Little Gym based on our initial experience :)

We love my little gym of Elk Grove!!!!! My baby basically learned to walk here and my toddler is becoming so brave & coordinated!! He asks to go to the gym everyday lol

They change up their structure weekly so it’s always exciting for the little ones.

It’s also so clean. They sanitize the place consistently!!!!

We have been going to The Little Gym in Elk Grove for a month now my 5 year old and 3 year old really enjoy going to class. They ask me all the time when are they going to gymnastics. The staff is really nice by our 2nd visit they knew the kids names. If you have toddlers with lots of energy I definitely recommend it.

We have loved our experience with The Little Gym. The coaches have been amazing at communicating and listening to the feedback of parents and then proactively making positive changes for my kids! Along with fun coaches, songs, planned skills and curriculum, they also provide additional activities and events outside of class that help kids practice their skills and have fun as well. The Little Gym has been such a positive and uplifting part of our routine. The instructors create a fun, structured environment that helps children build confidence through movement and play.

Every class supports balance, coordination, and full-body strength, but what I love most is how they weave in sensory regulation and focus skills naturally, through engaging activities.

The sessions are clean, consistent, and thoughtfully designed so kids feel safe, capable, and proud of their progress. It’s been amazing to watch little child(ren)’s motor planning, posture, and physical confidence grow each week.

Highly recommend this place for families looking for something that’s not just fun, but truly developmental too - thank you Little Gym! :)

We joined the Elk Grove location as founding members and my son has loved every minute of his classes! He looks forward to Mondays every week now because he’s so excited to go. We tried out a few places to see what my daughter would like. The other places we tried weren’t as structured and organized, I felt like I was paying for half of the time for them just to play while the instructors set up. Where at the little gym it’s ready to go at the start time, it’s so organized. Also really love how they come out and communicate with the parents on what the kids are working on

I've been taking my 1.5-year-old to The Little Gym for about a month now and he absolutely loves it! Every single day, he asks if we're going to class and gets so excited when it's finally time. The teachers are very kind and patient (especially Marina!) and it's been such a fun way for him to explore and socialize with other toddlers his age. The owners are also super responsive and quick to help if you have any questions. Highly recommend The Little Gym!

I've been a member at TLG since they opened, and it’s been such a gift for our family. As a first-time mom working a hybrid schedule—with a little one who isn’t in daycare—TLG has been the perfect safe space for my son. It’s given him the chance to socialize with other kids his age, build motor skills, and enjoy those adorable baby rolls in a fun and nurturing environment. The membership has been completely worth it! 🥰
I also want to highlight the incredible team of coaches. They’ve been nothing short of amazing—supportive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in our journey. My son has always been a bit of a late bloomer developmentally, and as a first-time mom, I often felt overwhelmed and discouraged. But the TLG team never made me feel alone. They celebrated every milestone right alongside us, and their kindness meant the world.
The owners are just as wonderful. They make an effort to know each family by name, and the whole atmosphere feels like one big, welcoming community.

Review for party experience:

We held a party here for our 8yo. Around 18 kids age ranging from 8 months to 11yo. The party was booked on the website - easy. I dropped off a little decor which they set up for me. Party format is 1 hour of mat play time, lead by instructors followed by 30 minutes in the party room for food, cake, and singing hbd. The hour of play time was fun for the kids. They did musical chairs-like games, timed challenges, and allowed time to use the bars, beams, and mats. Some parents dropped off their kid and came back, others stayed to watch (and participate in) the activities. Staff helped with handing out food, distributing cupcakes, kept me on track for timing, bagged up gifts, packed up my leftovers, and loaded everything into the car for me. Facility is clean, colorful, and inviting. 10/10 would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This place is awesome! My 3 year old daughter loves it. The staff are all absolutely amazing and are extremely attentive to the children’s needs and learning styles. They all have such upbeat, positive, and bubbly personalities that keep the kids enjoying every moment.
When my daughter first arrived here, she was hesitant and very shy, attaching herself to me as much as possible. The time, patience, and love the staff showed my daughter as well as all the other children made her and everyone feel special and welcome. Even though my daughter did not want to participate that time at all, when we went home she expressed how she wanted to go back again.
The next time we went, she completely busted out of her shell and has been having a blast each and every time we go! She looks forward to every Thursday to get to go to her gymnastics class with her coaches and all of her new friends.
Thank you so much to everyone at Elk Grove’s The Little Gym for making this place amazing, educational, fun, and a safe place for our children!

We brought my daughter to TLG for an intro class and were absolutely blown away! The facility is brand new and so clean! The coaches are amazing! They are so passionate, so professional, energetic, engaging, nice and so good with the kids! My daughter had absolutely no experience and by the end, she was doing a front roll with confidence and independently. She had a blast! On the way home from class, she taught me about rolling safety, which she learned from class and was so excited to show off her new skills to her brother when she got home. Thank you TLG!
