I am all praise for how well our birthday party was organized at "The Little Gym, San Jose". The facility was very clean, the staff friendly, kind and very well prepared and took care of every single detail for us so our 4-5 year olds at the party could have a blast. We arrived pretty early and they had already laid out the entire party room for us. I requested them start a few minutes later so more kids could arrive and they catered to that as well even though they ensured everything completed on time overall. Thank you, you have set a high bar for me when i look at facilities in the future!

My son has been going to the Funny Bugs class for the past 6 months, and I'm so grateful for all the love and support he has gotten there! My son has special needs and this class is the perfect amount of structure, and fun for him. He has made leaps and bounds with his social skills, physical abilities, and cognitive growth! I don't believe that he would be where he is without this class, and his AMAZING instructors. Miss Karissa, Miss Kalena, Mr. Chris, and Mr. Jacob (along with other staff members we have met) are the most genuine individuals with hearts of gold. We can really see that each kid has a special place with them, and we feel the joy everytime we are there. This has been such a magical experience that we will never forget :)

Best thing I could have done for my toddler when he was a year old. He is 3 now and loves every moment of it! Everyone here is truly wonderful and caring, from Ms Gloria to Ms Jennifer and Ms Amy! Thanks for all you do and for going above and beyond to keep our toddlers happy!

Miss Ashley is the GOAT! We started TLG when my daughter was 5 months old and it’s been our favorite activity for her ever since. The staff incorporates developmental milestones into their curriculum & the gym gives my daughter a chance to exert energy in a functional way (so she’s not hanging from my counters at home). Love the variety of class time options and it’s super easy to text the office when we need something. We recommend TLG to all families with littles!

We started Super Beasts classes beginning of January this year and have aged out to Funny Bugs. Staff (Gloria, Jessica, Jenn, Cody, Jacob, to name a few) is very kind and inclusive. Everybody remembers my LO's name.

For Funny Bugs, it's different from Super Beasts because it's not supposed to be with a parent. For class you can be sitting against the wall at the "parent parking" but you're not joining the activity with them like you would for Super Beasts.

With that being said, my LO has had a little harder time joining the FB class. They're big observers and slow to warm. So I sit in with them and talk about what the class is doing. Gently encouraging them to try and do what their classmates are doing. The teacher(s) always try include my LO during the class either by saying hi or asking if they want to do a small activity together but never pushing.

I'm so glad that they have a make up policy! They give you 6 months to use it which I feel like is very generous because some places don't even have make ups at all.

I don't like talking on the phone, so I love that you can text or email them as well. They are very quick to respond.

We love it here!! The most genuine and thoughtful staff that have helped my 2 year old break out of his shell, and grow his confidence. Their curriculum also helps them take turns and learn patience. We look forward to our class every week. We plan on enrolling our newborn when he is old enough too.

Very impolite service and behavior. Enrolled my son for the first time in a three hours adventure class, did not know they have closed lobby for summer. Arrived only 40min early for pick up and was told cannot stay in the waiting area working on my laptop till it is pick up time. I wish these details were mentioned before enrollment and service was a bit more polite at least. Will not go again and do not recommend

I went in today to pay for my daughters class. I’ve had her enrolled in Lil Gym since March April 2021. I’ve always paid the next class once our bill was due, today I was told by staff member Jenn When I offered my card to pay that it wasn’t necessary, that My daughter Lena was coming into a new class, and the first one will be complementary, and then I will be able to use my make up classes to see how she does in the new program.
I even spoke with another staff to confirm that I can use those make up classes towards days in the new class. According to a staff member that called I am late and I failed to pay. So they decided to drop me, not me but my daughter from their class. When they called they said if I do not pay that my daughter is not welcome back. I have two make ups for the month of November. One for Thanksgiving and one for another week that we had to reschedule. Now I’m being told if I don’t pay that they’re going to keep the money I paid that they’re gonna take from my daughter time she’s owed. She is a person, she does enjoy running around. The staff on the phone made comments that were rude, insinuating that I can’t afford to pay, that I’m misunderstood, and took no accountability for the staff that told me how it was supposed to happen, nor honor the arrangement I had with them. I’ve not got one extra class. I paid everyone, and would’ve paid today if not told differently. I don’t want my daughter with staff who aren’t understanding and lack compassion and the ability to take accountability. But Instead talk down to you. I don’t want to come back there! Steal from a child! We were gonna enroll her , and get her in where she fits in, We were paying today. But I’m grateful the staff showed their true colors. And I hope whoever reads this considers once they sink their teeth in you all the fake love is gone.

We really enjoy having our daughter come here for the birdies class (10-19mths). The structure is great with the kids having freedom to follow the teacher if they like or roam around and explore. We take advantage of the practice classes and being able to go 2x a week for the price is really a great investment for our little one. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a infant/toddler development class.

I love this place! They have taken my little shy human and made her into such a socialite. She also is in that stage where listening isn't her strong suite, but through patience and coming back each week, it is so cool to see her listening first to Mr.Kyle(he's so awesome!) but even more now that she is in the individual class with Ms Reina, and Ms Naomi. Now everywhere we go she's looking for "balance Beams" and reasons to "hands down touch the ground"!

Thank you Little gym for being so open to encouraging our child to push her limits with gymnastics in a fun safe way that she's always asking to come back for more.

It's our 2nd year with little gym blossom hill road and Subhi n Niara both just love this place and all the instructor over there. Everyone is there very talented and helpful. Even they do arrange birthday parties for kids. It's just awesome to be the part of this family.

What's not to love? My daughter is a "beast" and if the kids in class don't stay focused and do their own thing, like my kid most of the time, it's ok. You're not frowned down upon and that's a good feeling. The teachers are awesome and my daughter LOVES going, even though she somewhat of a non-conformist 😊

We have been with Little Gym since 2011 and love it. Everyone is always very friendly and all the staff greatly care about each child, always showing interest in them. Their classes are a great way for kids to get exercise. My kids always come out of class sweating and stinky!! That's what we want!

So we thought this place looked great from all the Yelp reviews that gave it so many stars. Boy were we shocked at the level of complete unproffesionalism and lack of customer service skills the employees here have.

We enrolled our 3 year old son in a 6 pm class at this Blossom Hill location. He was excited to go as I had been building up his anticipation to make new friends and play in a new fun enviornment. As my wife was driving to this location (about 20 minutes from my home), she called the gym to find out what shopping center they're in. She's then told by their employee that the class my son enrolled in was cancelled due to lack of enrollment!

She asked this employee why no one bothered to call to let us know that the class we signed my son up for had been cancelled so she could have saved herself a trip in the cold to a class they cancelled well in advance of the date. Her answer not only got my wife upset, but was disturbing as well. She said "I'm sorry, I called your number, but didn't leave you a message because I got distracted."

What??? You got distracted so you didn't bother leaving me a message? Can you be so incompentant that you don't call back after the "distraction" to fulfull your responsibilty and give notice to parents that the class they're preparing to bring their child to has been cancelled? What if my kid was hurt and needed help and you got "distracted"? Would you leave my child on the floor injured???

My wife decide instead of wasting all her time, she could at least check this place out. She asks them if it's ok if she can at least stop by and look at the place. She agreed it would be "fine". My wife walks in and notice they have a class of children about 3-4 years old playing and are in the process of ending their class in about 15-20 minutes. She then asks the male employee what class it was. He then says "those kids are not in his age group." My wife found it interesting that this was the first time she ever met this man, he has no clue how old my child is, and didn't even bother to ask!

We found the environment cold, unprofessional, and very uncourteous. I will not take my child here given their level of incompetency at completing simple tasks like informing parents of material changes in their class schedules and no concern for the safety or wellbeing of my child having to take a needless trip in cold weather for a class they cancelled and didn't bother to inform anyone. They didn't even offer anything to make up for what was clearly their mistake. STAY AWAY!!!
