I've had incredible success with the Living Lean program! I've already lost 6% of my body fat since starting the program this fall. Sheena and her team of trainers know what they are doing!!! I really like Sheena's approach to getting fit with a variety of exercises, weights and use of an exercise bike and rowing machine. Sheena has a really great attitude and she has been helping me do my best during these very trying times. Four things stand out: (1) Sheena pushes me beyond what I would ever do on my own and keeps track of how and what I'm doing over the months and years, so I make steady progress; (2) she focuses on form and detail of exercises so that I get the most out of it; I could not do that on my own. She is good! (3) She incorporates stretching into the routines, which I find really effective and something I've not have seen done by other trainers. (4) She provides dietary suggestions for getting/remaining lean...I agree eating well is an important part of being "in shape". As a 60-something & overweight woman, in the process of losing weight and gaining strength, I want to highly recommend Sheena as a personal trainer.
Many weeks into the training now, with Sheena’s attention and guidance, I feel much stronger and more coordinated than ever before. I’m seeing visible results in a very short time period. I no longer get winded after climbing multiple flights of stairs. Also my arms are beginning to show more muscle, less fat. Overall, I’m feeling and looking more strong and fit. I am so motivated to keep going with Sheena because the results are coming in!
Sheena knows just how far to increase the intensity & variety of workouts so that I’m never bored and constantly challenged. We also talk routinely about meals and snacks, so I’m always aware and motivated to eat the right foods at the right time – she has an entire book on healthy eating which is exceptional. At the same time, I never sense any judgement from Sheena if there’s a “food confession”!!
“You have to eat in order to lose weight” is one of the many gem phrases you’ll hear from Sheena! “When you feel good, everything is better” (how true!) is another. She’s an exceptional personal trainer who will work with you wherever you are and will help you reach your goals. Highly recommend Sheena and Living Lean! 5 stars!!

I'm a true blue fan of Sheena's Living Lean, even while sheltering in place. I continue to train with Sheena in virtual personal training sessions that she has designed for small spaces in the house or backyard. With only a yoga mat and a few handweights, I get a rigorous workout that sustains my mind as well as body. Living Lean is good medicine for COVID-19 cabin fever!

I have been doing HIIT Zoom workouts with Sheena since shelter-in place started. I had been weight training with Sheena previously for over a year and so was initially worried that I would not see the results from the online training. I needn’t have worried I am still seeing results and actually have improved my cardio as well. It took me about 3 workouts to get into a rhythm with where in my house to do the workout (without crashing into furniture), where to put my weights and yoga mat (so I was not trampling it). Once I hit my logistics squared away I found I really enjoy these workouts. It is a nice way to exercise and relieve stress right now! Highly recommend!
