Lord's has been my gym since I won my second bodybuilding show up in Redding, it's open 24 hrs with key code and it's plenty big enough for everybody to enjoy. The staff is super friendly and accommodating 💪🏼

Negative stars if I could. I'm from 6 hours away and no one told me it wasn't available on Wednesday without a membership they said it was 8$ for a day pass. Went it and was refused service from the front desk. Already chugged all my pre workout and pleaded for some time and was denied. Don't waste your time. This place isn't it.

The Lord's Gym in Oroville is amazing! Positive environment and enjoyable experience. The up to date equipment and the knowledgeable volunteer staff is up beat and kind.
It's a nice environment and place where I can feel that I can be me and not intimidated to learn. The way this non profit gym work with full time volunteers, community outreach and free events to the community such as Free Lord's Gym Mud Run that lets over 3500 kids run for free! Incredible

Great location and lots of free parking. Has everything I need. My only gripe is that there seems to be no A/C - the summers here are brutal and I don’t want a heatstroke running inside. ALSO, one of the staff volunteers has worked out several times when I was there and didn’t clean the equipment after. 😷

Happy to find this place. I bring my daughter and buying the basic for $40, but I will change to the 2 years for $25/month membership next month. The staff is patient, helpful and friendly. Plenty of the machine for working out. Clean and not crowded at around afternoon.

Small crowded gym with old machines. During peak hours there are lots of high schoolers slamming weights. One bathroom with stall and urinal. No lockers, no showers. Urine all over the ground every time I go in the stall. Front desk staff was the only good thing, nice people. But not a good gym for 40 dollars a month.

I was looking for a place to replace a gym that went out of business during COVID. I’m very happy to have found this place.

It’s clean, great selection of weights and machines, employees are helpful and friendly.

Most people set a good pace on the weights and this is not a meat market where people gather and chat around machines.

Price is great, open 24-hours, and they have a nice discount for veterans.

OK the Lord‘s gym is shady and not in a good way. We actually got into this gross little gym yesterday. A creepy fella that reminded me of a drunken old hobbit eagerly snatched our money after answering a series of short, strangely covert phone calls. I was told he was the owner but honestly he just looked homeless. Then today was very odd. An even creepier little trafficker who reminded me of The Snaggle Tooth Monk from Nacho Libre caused us to become scared and leave after he attempted to illegally “screen” some minors that were with me. I would not recommend this laundering bath house to anyone, even as a joke. Proceed with caution.

Lots of machine. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. My wife attempted 4 times to get signed up , i went with her on the 4th time n got her signed in. This time we couldnt get a key put in the system because none of the staff on duty knew how to do it. If you can get around their staffing issues its really a good place to work out.

I would give the gym a five ⭐️ but her Zumba instructor Rosa Bagley Influenced on my decision to lower my score to 4.5. Overall, the gym is fantastic. Great machines, super clean. Excellent front desk service. Management is kind and respectful. I wish the Zumba instructor had the same attitude. Ugh!!!!!!

Good gym and very affordable which was always my excuse for ever signing up. It has very good variety of gym equipment and classes if you're into that. They're constantly deep cleaning the machines as well as all the areas. Cubbies are available to set your things down while you work out and no worries of people messing with it. There is a wall for hanging your keys behind the counter with the staff as well.

I can't say enough good things about this gym. Not only is the establishment itself amazing but the staff is fantastic. Everyone who works there are mostly volunteers and they are all super friendly and caring about each individual who goes there. I can tell they want to be there. My favorite highlight about The Lord's Gym in Oroville is the childcare they offer. The staff that run it are really compassionate and I felt that my kids as well as all of the other kids were really cared for. The childcare facility is super interactive, with an indoor jungle gym and slide that my kiddos enjoyed. I love that while I'm getting my workout in, so are my kids. They really didn't want to leave when I went to pick them up. Not only is the staff and childcare great, but the equipment is up to date and the whole facility is always super clean. They are open 24 hours, too. Not to mention the price cannot be beat! Another thing I personally love are the inspiring scripts/quotes on the walls. I'm not a very religious person, but it really kept me going. It's all apart of their amazing mission. If you are looking for a gym in the area, I highly recommend The Lord's Gym in Oroville!!
