I absolutely love this Megaformer studio! The classes are challenging in the best way — you feel every single muscle working, but the instructors are so encouraging that you actually enjoy pushing yourself. The space is super clean, the vibes are amazing, and the workouts are always fresh and never repetitive. I’ve noticed such a difference in my core and posture since coming here. If you want that slow, deep burn and real results, this is the place. Easily my favorite workout in LA!

This is FAR AND AWAY the best, most intense workout in LA. The methodology is genius. The machines are incredible (read that as torture devices) and literally EVERY instructor is phenomenal. Brian Evans, Caitlin, journey, Taylor, Sam Rabon, and so many more. No offense to the competitors (solid core, studio mdr, SLT in New York), but none of them are within a hemisphere of the Megaformer workout. They are the O.G. For a reason and they have the most advanced model machines. Which makes a MASSIVE difference. Run don't walk to this workout. Mostly because you'll be so damn sore the next day that you won't be able to run!

Being newer to pilates and having tried a few studios, Megaformer has been my favorite by far. They do a great job focusing on core, legs, and stability; the workouts are HARD but there's no judgement for newbies like myself who are learning the exercises. Elliott — Your Class is Pure Magic for Beginners!

This was only my second Megaformer class ever, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than Elliott’s. He was incredibly welcoming, upbeat, and made me feel like I truly belonged — no matter where I am in my fitness journey.

Even though I’m still learning the moves, Elliott explained everything clearly and made sure I felt supported the entire time. His cues were super helpful, the modifications were thoughtful, and the energy he brought to class was high without ever being intimidating. I felt challenged but never overwhelmed — just strong, capable, and totally motivated!

What really stood out was how kind and encouraging he was. He celebrated effort, checked in with us beginners, and created a space where it felt completely okay to be new and still figuring it all out.

If anyone is even thinking about trying Megaformer, I’ll be telling them to take Elliott’s class. It’s beginner-friendly, fun, and left me feeling genuinely proud of myself. Can’t wait to come back! 💪✨

Megaformer is in a “class” of its own as the best burn per minute workouts I’ve ever had. I’ve heard Lagree Pilates (Megaformer) classified as “regular Pilates plus weight training”, which really hits the mark. It’s slow and controlled, so I’m not worried about injuring myself as I get active again, which is a huge plus. My class tonight with Elliott was a standout, he is a fantastic Instructor and was so inclusive and patient with this girl who isn’t a strong gazelle yet, and definitely needed some modifications. He checked up on how I was doing at the end of the class which was so thoughtful. He’s also hilarious, which helps when you’re seriously pushing your limits. Definitely looking forward to my next class!

This pilates class is fantastic for building serious core strength! The instructors are excellent at guiding you and ensuring proper form, which is so important. I feel like i have to write my reviews right after class so you get the raw response. Samantha Rabon is INSANE. Wow. The 8-count is real. 20 minutes after the class and my heart is still racing. I don't want to know the soreness I will feel tomorrow. Samantha is AWESOME, AMAZING, INCREDIBLE. She comes by and makes all those small corrections that take an exercise from a 10 out of 10 to a 23 out of 5.

And again, to all the newbies: I highly recommend starting with a few one-on-one pilates reformer machines so you have a true understanding of your body. Then graduate to the megaformer machine (Like a studio MDR, or SLT in NYC) and then once you've done that for a while, show up here and take your workouts to places you didn't know were possible.

I really appreciate that the studio helped check me in so I wouldn’t be charged a $28 cancellation fee on ClassPass. They also mentioned that if I purchased a package, I could switch to any available class. However, my experience that day was frustrating due to communication delays and lack of transparency.

I arrived late due to unexpected traffic and was told I could switch to another class. Since there was no front desk staff at the time—only the instructor teaching—I waited for 40 minutes, hoping to join the 10 AM class. When the front desk finally arrived, I was informed that the class was already full, meaning I had waited for nothing. The next available class was at 12 PM, which didn’t work for me due to work commitments.

Additionally, when I tried to purchase the package, they didn’t accept Apple Pay or Apple Card, which was not communicated beforehand. If I had received a quicker response or clearer information earlier, I wouldn’t have wasted so much time—50 minutes driving there and 40 minutes waiting.

I respect the staff and understand that unexpected situations happen, but better communication and transparency would greatly improve the customer experience.

Where do I begin! The entire experience was five stars from the convenient and complimentary parking structure, to the helpful and friendly staff at check in, to the instructor, to the class itself!

It was my first lagree class and what I thought would be a breeze like mat and reformer Pilates kicked my butt in the best way. I love a good challenge. However for me, it was the helpful and informative instruction style that made it worthwhile. The instructor Alexia continuously walked around and corrected each student's form a lost teaching style these days. I could literally feel the difference from the subtle corrections. In addition to the hands on approach, I appreciated the encouragement throughout whenever me or others would stop. Oh and Alexia made it a point to know everyone's name. What a nice touch! This place does it right. I definitely look forward to going back… once I recover. Lol!

This place is simply amazing. I have been going regularly since it opened (both West hollywood and Brentwood), and I must say I am consistently challenged (in a good way) by their very knowledgeable and motivating trainers.

They always have the most up to date beds and an extremely clean studio. The owners are absolutely amazing and are always visiting the studios to ensure we are getting the best services, they are great.

Don't be intimidated into not going if you're a beginner or if you have injuries (I am injured myself, unfortunately). The instructors will assist you and give you the precise modifications you need and will monitor your moves in order for you to have the most effective workout without injuring yourself further.

Ty, Abby, and Caitlin are my favorite trainers so far. They are super nice, talk you through it all in a very motivating way, and make sure you are doing your moves properly.

Most importantly, my puppy Charlie loves coming with me 🐶

I took my first Megaformer class here earlier this week and was very excited! I arrived early and waited outside until I was let in. The woman who let me in was very welcoming and helpful.

I purchased the discounted first class option for $19 dollars, but was kinda of shocked that the required grip socks that they sell are $18. They remind me of hospital socks….

Before the class the instructor quickly went over how the machine worked which was kind of intimidating, but I wound up getting the hang of it.

I figured I’d do what I could, try my hardest, and would listen to my body and take breaks if I needed to. That didn’t feel like an option in this class. Certain movements made me feel sharp back pain and when I would take a break or modify to do the movement in a way that made sense for my body, the instructor would call me out in front of the entire class. This happened at least 10 times. I wanted to cry and walk out but tried to be a good sport and just work through it.

I left the class feeling terrible about myself and was in pain (and not a good soreness)

I think I just didn’t know what I was signing up for. I love a good challenge, but am giving this studio 3 stars because I don’t think they were respectful of my ability level and I left feeling shamed.

I absolutely think the workout would be great for some people. But I had no idea what I was getting myself into and this class was not for me.

I booked a class via ClassPass last night to attend a class this morning. I’ve been to this studio a number of times because of the proximity to my house. I woke up with a horrendous stiff neck, but because it was too late to cancel I decided to go to the class anyway. My neck worsened on the walk to the class, so upon arrival I asked if it would be ok if I attended tomorrow’s morning session instead. The woman “working” (sitting on her phone as people were checking in) simply said “no” (In an incredibly annoying high pitched valley girl kind of way). Frustrated, I decided to take the class anyway and as I got on the machine my neck was in torturous pain during the first exercise. Starting the second exercise the same woman walked up to me and told me I couldn’t do the class without the sticky socks “but you can buy some for $17 dollars” (she added again in her annoying valley girl tone). That was the straw that broke the camels back. I won’t be returning here, despite the proximity and convenience. I’ll take a peloton yoga class at home instead.

Great classes. It is fun when the machine is turning and tilting: this adds a nice variety to the routine and helps exercise different muscle groups. I like short, 25 mins, classes because it is easy to fit them into my schedule. One can always take two classes in a row, if desired. The studio, however, is going to change to 50 mins classes.

This is DEFINITELY an intense workout! It’s like an acceptable form of body torture for 25 minutes that will leave you feeling challenged but so fulfilled if you can push through to the end!

As we all know, everyone's workout journey is very different. When I first heard about Lagree Fitness, I wasn't sure that it was something that was going to work for me. My roommate begged me to attend a class and I ABSOLUTELY loved it. From the moment you arrive, the positive energy that you feel when you walk into the studio is contagious.. It's very easy to be intimidated by the equipment and the concept, however, the staff welcomes you with open arms and guide you through how to successfully take their classes. After several classes I got the hang of how the studio worked, yet each time I went I became more challenged mentally, physically and emotionally. Unlike other studios, Lagree gives you the personal attention necessary, while still having the support of those around you. This Studio is amazing and I recommenced everyone check it out!

Don't let the short workout time fool you - it's the hardest half hour class you'll ever take! I like going in the mornings before work to get a quick sweat in at the start of my day. I've never taken a pilates class like this before with a moving reformer - it makes the resistance even more intense. The class is different every time so you never get bored of the moves. All of the instructors play great music. Great class!

I had heard great things about Lagree and specifically this studio prior to taking a class. I was anxious and excited to try my first class. I will say, I was extremely intimidated my first class, everything was going wrong in terms technique. I had no idea what I was doing. Although I felt somewhat defeated, I was eager to get back in and give it another shot. I went to my second class and had more confidence and knew I’d be hooked. Because the classes are short, it’s perfect for when you need to squeeze in a work out without feeling like your workout is compromised. It’s very challenging in the best way and leaves you hurting and yet wanting more. The staff is always very nice and the instructors are hands on and know what they’re doing. Since taking classes at Lagree West Hollywood, I have raved about this studio to all of my friends and they now love it too.

Lagree is no joke. This workout is incredibly intense. I have taken classes from a few instructors and my favorite is Lauren. She is great at explaining the exercises clearly and makes sure you have good form the entire time. If you are new, I highly recommend trying her class. The best part of this is that the workout is only 25 minutes. Really love this place and I wish I had tried it sooner. Definitely keeping this on my workout rotation.

Anyone looking for a stronger core to take your lifting to the next level, try a few Core Sculpt classes with Lacey Looney. I feel and see the different in my core stability and strength and plan on continuing incorporating this as part of my strength training moving forward. I am hooked!! This is by far one of my favorite studios in LA. Super challenging, and I love efficient the classes are since they are under a half hour, especially in the mornings before work. I prefer the Full Body class. I've been to Samantha, KJ, Jenny and Ty and all of them are excellent and pay close attention to form. There aren't many studios that I pay for outside of ClassPass and my spin studio, but this is one of the very few that I think is highly worth it. This is a short workout, but every second is HARD! And the moving machines make it harder, but extremely fun. If you've tried any other Lagree/Pilates Plus style workout definitely give this a try. It leans more towards heavy weight training than regular pilates, and I'm always dripping sweat. Prefer West Hollywood location to Westwood only because Westwood is usually pretty warm inside.

I absolutely love Lagree Fitness Studio!! I spent a good portion of 2018 doing Lagree, but took a break as I moved away from my old studio, and spent more time in the gym. But, I wanted to get back into it, and I'm soooo happy that I came across this wonderful studio. I feel amazing! The instructors here really push you, and I feel almost more exhausted after a 25 minute workout, than I would after an hour lifting. 10/10 would recommend!

I’m a fairly new to Lagree Fitness Studio, but I can already tell a huge difference. I’ve been to 5 classes, and I’m still super sore after each one (I’m the best way possible). It’s the only 25 minute class that leaves me dripping sweat and with wobbly legs. I love how quick and efficient the classes are. It helps me stick to it because it gives you that “I can do anything for 25 minutes” mentality.

Besides the class itself, there is free parking in the structure on Westmount Drive, the studio and bathrooms are super clean, and staff and teachers are friendly. Bring your own water and towel and always wear grippy/toe socks. Get ready for a real challenge!
