We are honored and proud to be the first Lagree fitness studio in the Inland Empire - bringing the future of fitness to our beloved city of Claremont, which is a dream years in the making! Lagree's broad appeal can be attributed to the philosophy that workouts should offer a low impact, high intensity, full body burn in every class. Each class takes place on our evolutionary Megaformer MK3(TM), invented and patented by creator Sebastien Lagree. 45-minutes of spring-loaded resistance training where each controlled movement works several muscle groups simultaneously in order to achieve greater overall strength, endurance and mobility. At The Method Lagree, it's love at first shake.

I was watching The Method for awhile on Instagram but too scared to try. Day 1 five minutes into class I though what am I doing here . But it was so motivating that it made me make myself want to keep coming so I could get better. Fast forward 6 months later and I’m coming in almost 4 x every week. It’s addicting! If you’re hesitant just come and try a class. You will not be disappointed… plus everyone is very welcoming and the instructors are the best!!!

Consistent. Challenging. Considerate. Credible. All things that make the Method a great place to go. Coaches are consistent in their principles of challenging you while being considerate of injuries and personal shortcomings. The exercises are credible in producing results. THIS PLACE IS THE BIGGEST GEM IN THE IE! Holy moly nothing works my body the way the instructors do on the mega reformer! Each time I visit I'm so impressed and worked to my core, you can't go wrong with ANY of the coaches. All are so well trained and put you to work. Not to mention it's spotless clean!!!! I appreciate that so much in a workout space! Lagree will be huge!! The Method is the first to jump on the train in this area and I'm proud to be apart of it!!!

1- I love instructors. Every teacher is so different has their own style and their own music. They are all so knowledgeable- you can make this work out as hard or as easy as you need to.

2- The studio is beautiful, always clean!

3- yes, classes can sometimes fill up but watch the waitlist- it moves.

4- it is worth every penny you pay for.

5. 100 classes later. I feel so strong - I do this along with other workouts and it is the perfect combo.

[Updates after 300+ classes under my belt: Still loving it as much as Day 1 if not more. Every class is still a good challenge. It doesn’t get easier, only more manageable. This is why I loveee it!]

TML has quickly become my new happy place! After finishing 200 barre classes religiously I was looking to add more resistance to my daily workouts. My friends had previously recommended the megaformer training to me but back then while I was looking for a Lagree studio nearby, most of them were located in the West LA side. So happy to see TML pop up on my Google search this time around! I’ve started with the Fundamentals classes and gradually eased myself into the regular classes. The Fundamentals classes have more basic moves but they are in no way easy, I still get a good workout from them every time! All the instructors at TML who I have had classes with are friendly, welcoming, and know their stuff! Every one of them has their unique style and I love having a good mix of instructors in my weekly schedule so it never gets dull! Highly recommend TML to people who are looking for solid strength training but aren’t fond of the traditional strength training like weightlifting.

I will say the workout is amazing! Some are better than others but overall a really amazing workout! The owner is very very committed to her clients having an amazing workout! Which is love! I wish they were all like that but most trainers are very good.
Now onto the negative.. one thing I will say is their policy and waistlist is horrible. I stopped going because you always on a waitlist.... Which I don't mind if I get in most of the time (and you do, waitlist moves quick) but the last time l was on a waitlist I had added myself for Saturday at 9 AM, I added myself onto the waitlist days prior.
Their policy regarding the waitlist is quite strict, which I understand. However, I was dissatisfied with receiving a text at 6:43 AM--just two hours before the 9 AM session--informing me that I had been added to the class. This short notice made it nearly impossible to plan accordingly, and I was unaware that they could send such early notifications and impose charges for not attending.
Consequently, I was charged a $20 fee for not attending the class, as I only saw the message at 8 AM after waking up. I reached out to them, expecting that they might waive the fee given the last-minute nature of the addition, but they refused. I also expressed my concerns about the policy, stating that adding people so close to the session time and still charging them if they don't show up seems unfair. She said in the text wish she would pass along the message but nobody ever got back to me- didn't think that was fair whatsoever especially because being on the waitlist is kinda inevitable since they don't have many stations

At The Method, my body received the best results I’ve had in my fitness journey. If there was a way I could leave 0 stars, I would. I booked a Mega Strength 45 that I paid $35 dollars to attend (this would’ve been my first class) and I was not able to attend because I did not feel well. Not only was I not able to cancel the day before because I would’ve still been charged, but I got charged for not attending. I received an email from the business stating that they billed my card for an additional $35 for not attending. In total, I paid $70 for a class I couldn’t even attend. That is absolutely ridiculous. I understand keeping the $35 for not being able to attend but to bill an additional fee is the reason why I will never rebook and suggest anybody looking to book a class with this business to be very careful.

The Method lagree was introduced to me by my long time coach Jennifer K. I’ve been working out with her and another coach (Liz, also an instructor at The Method Lagree) for years and throughout the pandemic. They taught me to love fitness and getting stronger. So I was hesitant to try any other instructors as I wanted to make sure I got a good fun burn. Well this morning I was surprised and hesitant to take a new instructor (Malarie) and boy was I pleasantly surprised. Loved her music and keen eye to everyone in the room. Energy is so important when you’re in such a small space/group to lead and she is officially being added to my rotation of instructors. I have to assume now that trying out something/one new might be just what you needed! Give this place a try, it’s worth every minute!
