I've been seeing Sahand for a little more than a year and a half and I can't recommend him enough. I originally started working with him due to severe back flare ups that I dealt with for more than a year. The flares were so bad they would send me to the hospital. My flares have since improved greatly with his care and expertise. We use a combination of manual therapies and strength training and I've never felt stronger. I recently had a flare of plantar fasciitis that sprung out of nowhere. I went to podiatrists, chiropractors and massage therapists but nothing improved for 4 weeks. Sahand worked on my foot in one session and I'm finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Pain is 90% gone from ONE session. If you're suffering from pain and/or just want to feel stronger, book with Sahand you won't regret it.

I’ve been working out at this gym for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best fitness environments I’ve ever been part of. The space is always clean, the equipment is top-notch and well-maintained, and there’s plenty of variety for all types of workouts—whether you’re lifting, doing cardio, or hitting a class.
What really sets this gym apart is the atmosphere. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and actually remembers your name. The energy is motivating, and the people around you are focused and respectful—it pushes you to be better without ever feeling judged. I’ve made real progress here and genuinely look forward to every session. Highly recommend it!

This will be a "double" review. I work with Gary Suka, a trainer at Sante. Gary trains me following the High Intensity Interval Training method. I've worked out for years doing HIIT twice a week. It keeps me in shape and active. Recently, I was too active!, golf, etc. My shoulder and neck were sore and not improving at the rate I found acceptable. Gary introduced me to Sahand, who owns the Sante facility. Sahand, the "Movement Engineer completed an assessment and began work on my shoulder and neck. Sahand is certified in many areas including ART (active release technique), NeuroKinetic Therapy and Certified Massage. In a remarkable few sessions, my shoulder and neck are much improved. Sahand also gave me "home work" routines to keep my fit. Sahand and Gary are a team!

After suffering severe shoulder pain and my doctor prescribing muscle relaxers (that didn’t help me whatsoever) I was referred to Sahand and booked an appointment. He was attentive and asked about current pain and any other past injuries. Along with my shoulder pain I had an old knee/IT band injury that after one session with him using active release therapy I immediately felt better and even went for a light jog the next day without knee tightness.
Each session he continues to show me new exercises to strengthen parts of my body along with different stretching techniques. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Sahand!

I recently underwent Active Release Therapy (ART) with Sahand for knee issues, and the experience was exceptional. Sahand conducted a thorough assessment, identifying imbalances that contributed to my knee discomfort. He evaluated my feet and analyzed how my body’s alignment affected my condition, many other providers I have seen in the past often skip this. I developed bunions after my knee surgeries which he immediately pointed to as a source of concern.
He explained each step of the process clearly, ensuring I understood what he was doing and why. This transparency made me feel confident in his expertise. His methodical assessment of my body as an interconnected system, rather than focusing solely on my knee, was reassuring.
The therapy itself was effective, targeting specific areas of tension and imbalance. He set me up with tangible tasks to do on my own and used Kinesio-tape, leaving the session with improved mobility and reduced discomfort in my knee. I highly recommend his services!

I began working with Sahand to address foot pain from my marathon training, and the results were exceptional. With only 3 sessions and great homework provided by Sahand I was able to run my marathon with very minimal pain and complete it at my goal pace. Needless to say Sahand is an expert and his attention to detail helped me achieve my goal.

I can't recommend Sahand enough! He's a true magician when it comes to movement and has fixed countless injuries for me. One in particular stands out, I'd been dealing with extreme pain in my foot/ankle from running and jumping, and I thought I'd need an MRI or scan. But Sahand checked it out, knew exactly what was wrong, and worked on it. I walked out of his office completely pain-free, which was mind-blowing. If you're looking for a true master at his craft, Sahand is the one to see!

I had chronic lower back pain for years and tried everything--assisted stretching, massages, PT, etc. but nothing worked EXCEPT working with Sahand. He helped me get rid of my pain and get me stronger.
He helps diagnose your pain, creates a focused plan and gets you healthy.
I couldn't recommend working with him more!

I've tried all types of therapies to fix an old running, shoulder and neck issue but I've never had instant OR long-term relief like I've had after seeing Sahand. He was able to pin point the roots of these issues, relieve them and give me specific stretches and exercise to fully resolve the problem. As someone with a background in physical therapy, fitness training and health coaching I'm really impressed with the effectiveness of NKT and Sahand's approach.

A co-worker referred me to Sahand after I expressed how unhappy I was with the recent weight I gained and how unhealthy I felt day after day. After 6 months of complaining, feeling sorry for myself, and feeling depressed I woke up one day and took my co workers advice and called Sahand. Easily one of the smartest and best decisions I made in my life. I've been with Sahand for 4 months and not only do I feel better, look better, and have more energy I am down 58 pounds from 255 to 197. I highly recommend calling Sahand if you are reading this in the same situation I was in 4 months ago, you won't regret it and it could possibly change your life. The workouts are always interesting, he's fun to talk with, and tailors the workout around your specific needs and goals. My only further advice is to follow his directions and stay the course for best results if you decide to change your life for the better! Don't wait like I did!!!

I'm turning 70 in a few months, and the outlook is bright. Before I started with Sahand almost 2 years ago, I was encumbered by severe osteoarthritis in both knees and hips, with nothing but pain killers and joint replacement surgery in my future, all made worse by the 130+ pounds of excess weight I amassed over the 5 years after I was T-boned in my car. But in my two-years-and-counting work with Sahand, I've shed my XXL clothes for medium and small sizes. When we started, I could walk barely 3 blocks, but just this month I've had so much fun completing over 200 miles of road work. Sahand has applied his knowledge and mastery of body kinetics and remobilization and boosted my motivation and confidence to move way beyond what I dared not hope for: pain-free, drug-free graceful movement with more and more athleticism and stamina, sustainable weight loss, a great diet, a love of exercise, heightened cognitive acuity, and the realization that life can get better and better no matter when you start doing something about it. It's a journey, not a goal. I expect to be doing this for the next 40 years or so. The joint replacement surgery will just have to wait, and wait, and wait . . . . Sahand has been pivotal in moving my life in happier, more vibrant directions. Thank you, Sahand!

Sahand is extremely knowledgeable, dependable and personable. After years of struggling to find motivation to exercise, I finally found Sahand who has helped me to overcome some of my apathy that may honestly have been due my lack of knowledge on how to exercise effectively. We have been working together for over 2 years now and I plan to work with him indefinitely.
During our twice-weekly sessions, he teaches me how to exercise properly, effectively and efficiently. In addition to that, he helps me with previous injuries through rehab and to strengthen those areas.
Sahand cares very much about the work he does with his clients to help them essentially change their lives for the better. The way that I feel now is completely different than before I started working with him more than 2 years ago: I’m much stronger. Plus, while the workouts push me to get stronger, we also have a lot of fun working together!

Sahand is a fully dedicated personal trainer and neuro kinetic therapist. He has a clear understanding of my individual physical limitations and my fitness needs. Additionally, he has designed a broad, but specific treatment plan to enhance my fitness performance and treat my injuries .
I have had jaw, neck and back issues that Sahand has treated using his muscle testing protocol and feel that without his treatment I would not be as active today.
I highly recommend his treatment to anyone who has physical limitations due to injury, or weakness. Athletic or otherwise.
