Dan is great, a really thorough personal trainer and nice guy! Workouts are an appropriate difficulty level with lots of encouragement. I don’t feel intimidated even though I don’t really know any “gym stuff”. I’ve also had Dr. Davis work on physio issues and he is incredibly knowledgeable and has vastly reduced my “30 year old pain”. Keep up the good work!!! 💪

Dan is an exceptional trainer. I started with him after a series of frustrating shoulder issues. Initially, we worked on shoulder (and other joint) stability and mobility, which got me out of pain and back in the pool. After three months of working together, I expressed a desire to start lifting heavy. He worked with me to put together a program that included compound lifts and accessory moves. Dan is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful, and I highly recommend him as a trainer!

I trained with Dan for 3 years. Dan changed my understanding of my body and my limits. Dan was patient, knowledgeable, and
helped me to become stronger. When I had muscle pain, he showed me ways to stretch and move to better heal. And what exercises to avoid until I was healed. Highly recommend.

Dan was so helpful in kick-starting me (65 yr old woman) into a fitness program. I was intimidated by the fitness scene but learned everything I needed to know about weight-lifting, cardio, diet, etc., I also started a physiotherapy program with Dan. Today, several months later, I am confident that I can safely use all types of fitness and physiotherapy equipment. My fitness level has dramatically improved and most importantly, is easy to sustain! Highly recommend Dan.
