I joined OB after having knee surgery for meniscus injury. My goal was to be able to be able to do activities without restrictions or pain. Within three months I was not only doing full squats , I also felt stronger than ever before. I have been able to hike and do other activities that I had never thought were possible for me at my age.
The group is such an inspiration - looking at others lifting heavy and doing things outside the Bootcamp because they are fit is priceless. I highly recommend it for anyone who’s looking to stay active and feel strong.

I have been a member of the Outsiders Bootcamp since 2015 and I would recommend it to anybody who is looking to get healthy and fit.
Exercising has never been a fun activity for me. Yet, I am able to stick with Mike’s exercise program for a number of reasons. It is my one stop shop for a healthy lifestyle. Exercise and nutrition – two co-dependent aspects of fitness under one roof. Mike focuses on discipline, consistency, endurance, flexibility, and healthy habits – all these led to sustainable “lifestyle” changes in me.
Exercising with Mike means every day is different, me and my body never get bored. We workout in a group setting with a group of infectious and encouraging folks. And yet we all get to go at our own pace and work on fixing our individual aches and pains. He has eyes on the back of his head! He watches and helps each person in the room and online too! Quite often, I leave the room thinking, “How was I actually able to do that?” I discovered new muscles in my body that I didn’t know existed! Which means he methodically plans workouts that target different muscle groups while making them fun and achievable.
Mike is well versed with nutrition and offers various programs that accommodate a spectrum of vegan to non vegetarian diets. For example: I’m vegetarian, and his 12 week transformation program revamped my bad eating habits and helped me form new healthy habits that I have sustained even after completing the program. I carry these habits into my kitchen, restaurants, travels, and everywhere else I go. This lifestyle change has also allowed me to quickly bounce back to my healthy habits after few cheat days.
I have witnessed Outsiders Bootcamp grow from a few people to a community! This is a unique platform where Mike and the members discuss and share information ranging from healthy recipes, nutrition related information, celebrate fitness achievements within and outside the Bootcamp, to feedback on exercises. I continue to find this forum very informative and useful and enjoy working out with Mike.

I am working out with the Outsiders Bootcamp (OB) for the past two and half years and it has been an outstanding experience.
OB is run by Michael (Mike) Rawsky. He is a personal trainer, strength coach, and nutritionist. Mike is very passionate about what he does which is evident from the meticulously planned and executed workouts. He has in-depth knowledge about the mechanics of the body and can guide each one of us to reach our potential. The studio is well-lit and well maintained with squeaky clean equipment. Many of the outsiders are with OB for over six-seven years. When new members join, Mike goes to extra lengths to make them feel at home. Outsiders are an enthusiastic, energetic bunch and I love working out with them every single weekday.
One of my main objectives in joining OB was to lose the extra pounds that I had gained over the years. Soon, it became obvious that exercise alone won't help. I needed to make changes to my food and I needed someone to help me. Working with Mike on my nutrition has been a life-changing experience for me. He helped me deconstruct my eating habits, gave me tools to make the correct food choices, and to navigate the potential hurdles such as travel-parties-events-festivals. With his help, I was able to lose a dozen pounds in two months and am aiming to lose more. This whole experience has been very enjoyable and enriching for me.
For fitness as well as nutrition, Mike is an excellent mentor and guide.

I am a big fan of the Epic Transformation program with Mike. After trying all the diet fads out in the market, this program really worked for me, especially because it is not a diet fad. This is a lifestyle change; I started forming healthy habits -nutrition wise and exercise wise. I not only lost weight, my cholesterol and sugar levels look way better. It is also great to have options for Indian vegetarian diet, which is harder to find in commercial programs. Not to mention that exercise routines that can be done online help so much with my otherwise busy schedule. Thank you Mike for forming such a rigorous program that works so well!!!

Most people don't get the chance to take a back seat and evaluate their life choices. Honestly for me, joining Outsiders Bootcamp was the best choice I made (in a long long time). It is changing my life, and giving me a new perspective on health, nutrition, and fitness.
It's addictive! Workouts at Outsiders are making me stronger, more capable and more confident. I'm learning that being physically active isn’t just cool but actually something that substantially improves my life overall. The Outsiders family is a community of people who value and respect themselves, and then carry that value and respect to others. They're friendly, and very supportive of each other's success.
Mike Rawski (owner/trainer) is passionate about health, fitness and improving the quality of his clients life. His knowledge and experience is clearly apparent from the time he puts into designing the workouts which are full of variety (strength, mobility, flexibility), and a lot of fun. I value not only how he explains what I am doing; with a focus on form but also how he adapts and responds to my fitness level and my injuries. Mike is a great motivator and keeps in touch with the latest scientific and industry trends. I really enjoy his posts on a variety of social media channels and his advice is usually just a click away.
He's a tough, no nonsense guy, and brings tons of energy to the workouts. We work together on my fitness goals and Mike provides direction, motivation, to set me up for success.
Working out at OB is one of my best investments. Thank you for your dedication, Mike!
