I highly recommend the Park Gym! All of the instructors are very nice and knowledgeable. The classes are challenging but can be scaled to any level of fitness.

My wife and I go here 5 days a week! We've never been such gym rats, but the trainers really push you and get to know you and the community keeps us coming back. Every class is worth the price of admission!

This is my favorite boxing gym in San Francisco.

Every trainer at the Park Gym is excellent.

It is a great spot for all boxing levels and all types of people.

If your looking for the best workout in the city, then take any of Pablo Escobar's classes.

Went to my first ever boxing gym class. It was so much fun! The instructor Warren was really helpful and kind. The facility was clean and all the equipment was nice!

I work out 6 days a week and this class at times had me gasping! Also it only took a couple hours for my arm joints to get pretty sore! I'm so excited to go back, I just ordered my first gloves!

I love the idea of having a gym and cafe in one spot - I can get work done, get a killer workout in, and grab a delicious meal after. The space is clean and spacious, the staff are friendly, caring, attentive and inclusive of everyone (even the pups!). Make sure to stop by if you're in the area. Free class with first drink purchase!

I love this gym. Everyone is so nice and friendly, and they know their stuff. Tadgh is my favourite, he taught me how to punch my enemies in the spleen.

I love this place, the people and the workouts so much. It used to be near me in the Inner Richmond, but now the space on Divis is so gorgeous and I love the classes so much I travel to the new location. Totally addicted to this boxing workout from the first class. Teachers are so helpful with beginners and attentive to form and technique. ❀️ the Park Gym.

Best boxing gym in San Francisco. David and Gus (and the others) really know their stuff. The experience / customer service is amazing. I'll be a member as long as I'm in San Francisco!

I haven’t taken a class at this place, so this isn’t a review on the class. From the 1 experience, you can’t be more than even a minute late. They will lock the door and no one will come out to say why it’s locked, just standing there outside while everyone works out and ignores you. Horrible experience in my opinion, most gyms will have had the courtesy to just shake the head at you, say you’re late, and deny you the class. Being late was my fault, but the way they treat potential customer that paid, would not recommend to anyone. It had potential, but I’m not coming back.

Extremely expensive, instructor was incredibly rude/mean. yelled at me for being literally 1 minute late on my first day even though I was there early and jsut didnt' know where to go.
Over 30 minutes of the hour long class was just unstructured dead lifts -- the instructor did nothing, was just cahtting with random people outside of class and texting. This gym is basically a scam.

I love this place!! Get such a good workout every time and I really like the variety of classes and class times they offer. Shoutout to Jeremy who is an awesome instructor- his AP cardio classes are killer !! He's super helpful with form, and is always checking in with folks if they have any questions or need any modifications. Have been recommending this place to all my friends so I thought I'd share with Google as well :)

Mediocre classes for a pretty expensive price. Classes are quite crowded too.

Unhelpful staff when I emailed them (6 times over 4 days). Also kept on deleting my online account without any email or explanation.

Gym also does not have a changing room, just a regular small bathroom (not a gym-style bathroom that fits lots of people). Doesn't have lockers either. And the whole place smells like sweat without much air ventilation, altho it is a gym. Boxing gloves are very sweaty and a little gross, if you go long term, you should get your own gloves!

Nice clean gym with very helpful instructors! I am new to the gym and this types of training. The instructors are very patient. In one class I had to do box jumping and I was intimidated by the height of those boxes.. the instructor (either Juan or Mario) was very patient and he gradually increased the height by stacking multiple weight discs so I could eventually adapt and was able to do box jumps in the end of the class. The instructors keep a good balance between being patient and tough (some other gyms they just yell at you I really don't like it).I found the training (combination of body weight and apparatus) very efficient. Will definitely visit more often.

Did the "ParkFit" workout the other day. 5-stars, if you're looking for something not completely CrossFit, but more of HIIT Training focused on pushing your max effort, cardio, and actually making you work. This is the spot. Killer facility, and they also have a water machine with 8!! different types of tapped water.

I haven't visited a lot of boxing gyms, but this one kicks ass. David is a gifted teacher and he motivates students to work hard. Everyone I've met at the gym is friendly and encouraging. Highly recommended.

Awesome experience with a very friendly and helpful staff. I am only visiting SF for a month and they had no problem letting me sign up for such a short time and even gave me my first two weeks free! I have been to the gym four times now just before the top of the hour and the staff has had no problem with me signing up for the very next class about to begin. This had proved an incredible convenience with my crazy schedule. Though I haven't been able to sign up for the crossfit class bc of a required amount of "ramp classes" the beginner level training is more than enough for a good exercise.

David Park is an amazing instructor, not just the workout aspect either, he can motivate you to get into action whether your a former-athlete who's interested in getting-back-into-it, or even your a concerned newbie who is totally outta shape, he really cares about people creating a successful start so that you get results. Lot of wisdom that you'll never forget and he has an authentic desire to keep you safe and injury free. (taught me how to move around my knee injury etc) You gotta meet and train with him to know what I mean.

I only took the boxing class, not the Crossfit class.

Here's what I would say - you spent a decent amount of time 'warming up' - about 20 to 25 minutes (and it's only a 1 hour class). Then, you partner up and you work on drills as you hit the bag (the partner basically is there to help hold the bag for you). Then, you do some pushups and situps at the very end.

I took it with David (the owner), and I'll say that he doesn't really put a lot of effort into teaching beginners. This was my second boxing class (earlier this morning, I took a beginner boxing class at Hit Fit SF) and David didn't spent a lot of time on foot work or on arm work. And I could see that a lot of people were a bit lost, especially when they were just punching the bag and not really understanding the footwork.

I'm not sure I would come back as the 'boxing' class at Park Gym mixes beginners and intermediate, so I don't think it's the best use of my time.
