I’ve worked with a few trainers here and all have been great. Currently enjoying motivating sessions with Osiris. He is encouraging and pushes me to reach new limits. His history with regaining his own fitness after severe injury is very inspiring. I highly recommend this program.

I’m a senior with osteoporosis and multiple injuries sustained from working out on my own over the years. So the slow, careful approach of TPW was something to consider. Since working with Ociris at TPW, I have lifted weights so far beyond anything I would have attempted on my own. And just today, I received the results of my bone density screening, which has improved 9.5 percent! Ociris is a caring master trainer. His knowledge and experience are remarkably deep and extensive. I know I am in the best hands possible! Onward!

Ryan always has such a positive attitude when ever I come in for a session. Always pushing me to do more. He always makes me feel that I can do what ever they have me try. I love starting my day with the workouts. When ever I have a muscle problem he is willing to try to find exercises that will strengthen that area. I truly feel better for these workout and I believe it is because of Ryan and his positive attitude and energy. You will not regret working with him. I also work with Osiris and he is amazing as well.

My trainer, Ryan, is exceptionally adept at tailoring my 20-min workout to fit my specific needs. I've got small injuries, head to toe, and Ryan customizes my workout mechanics, which in turn feels like I am reducing and healing each injury!! IKR, amazing! Give it a go. I’ve been training with Ryan and the Calabasas team for almost two years. Ryan has a wonderful attitude and pushes you to be your best. Overall great trainers, each with their own unique style that adds to the workout. Twice a week/20 minutes with pleasing results. This month marks 2 years that I have been working out at the Perfect Workout studio in Calabasas. At first I wasn't sure I was getting anything out of my time there because the method is so different than I was used to. But in this last year I really can see the benefits without any injuries! I actually enjoy going, knowing that I'm doing myself a favor and I put it at the top of my to-do list on my calendar. In the two years I have seen several trainers come and go and right now I have one of the best trainers I've ever worked with over my many years of working with personal trainers. Ryan is the most knowledgeable trainer I've ever had and he treats each client individually. You don't get the same workout as the person before you or after you and he's very consciousness of all the details, using the machines and hand weights to the advantage of the individual, taking into account each client's weak spots, injuries, arthritis, etc. I feel confident in Ryan's care for me and I hope he stays at this studio for the long run!

I absolutely hate working out. I have had a gym membership for 30 years and have never consistently gone. On September 1st of last year I decided to give the perfect workout a try. Except for being sick or injured I have managed to go twice a week and am noticing results. Holly is a fantastic trainer and is a pleasure to work with. She knows her stuff and cares about your success. I highly recommend this program. I still hate working out but because it’s only 20 minutes I am able to manage.

My experience at the Perfect Workout Calabasas location has been life changing. What they offer is not offered anywhere else. They truly stand by their approach to fitness.
The trainers really help you fall in love with the process of your fitness journey and make it possible, which for me, is key. I look forward to going to the gym twice a week. I have never felt stronger or had more energy.
Holly, my trainer, is amazing - she is highly motivating and hold you accountable to push yourself. Every workout is intense but every workout is also different. Can not recommend her enough!

I just committed to a year and I have never missed a workout since I started and that's unlike me. I cannot recommend this studio highly enough! I am new to slow-motion strength training and I have to say, I really enjoy my two workouts ever week. I never liked big gyms and everything that comes with them, so these private 20 minutes sessions in a small studio under personalized supervision really speak to me. More specifically, the Calabasas location has two excellent personal trainers: Raven and Holly. Both of them are really invested in the people they train. They are extremely knowledgable and they both make these session challenging and fun at the same time. - I also like the fact that this company is very low-pressure. I stayed beyond my money-back trial period because I wanted to and not because I couldn't get out of my contract any more. While I am not someone who's naturally drawn to regular exercise or sports, I am now looking forward to my two training sessions every week. I have even started to be more active during the rest of the week. All thanks to The Perfect Workout.
