I am so so incredibly thankful for these guys. Over the pandemic and growing the fam etc, I had stopped being active compared to when I was younger. Once I decided to get back into shape, I was looking for a low pressure environment that works with my schedule and doesnβt push me to the edge (think crossfit etc, never been a fan). And perfect workout is exactly that, been going there for about 2.5 months now and have lost 10% of body weight. It has to be coupled with good eating habit, no workout is pure magic, but this one does come close. The 20 mins length is perfect, scheduling is easy and trainers are super kind, shout out to Liz!
