Truly an accurately named business! This workout, lasting only 20 minutes, is PERFECT for someone like me who doesn't actually enjoy working out. It's also seriously effective at building strength and bone density, the two things I've needed as I've recovered from two years of chemotherapy. It actually helped me endure the second year of treatment with less side effects, fatigue and bone loss. I have two sessions every week and am very grateful for the results.

I've been doing the Perfect Workout with trainer Michael in Huntington Beach and it has literally changed my life! I used to have consistent, regular knee pain that would limit me and make hiking trips miserable for the last 6 years.
Since working with Michael and doing the signature slow progressive overload with weights that we do, this has significantly improved my ability to go on hikes pain free as well as scale inclines, and steep steps with quickness, ease, and not being out of breath. On my vacation last week, I was able to camp, hike for hours on slippery rocks and have a twinge in my knee that resolved within a half hour as opposed to keeping me down several days. This has been absolutely life changing and I attribute this to my amazing workouts with Michael. Thank you, Thank you!!

I Love The Perfect Workout! I have had other gym memberships and have not gone once. I have attended The Perfect Workout for 1.5 years and (my trainers Riley and Corinna) have kept me accountable, have worked around some injuries and have always asked for my input as to my goals and what works best for me. I love that it is 1 on 1 training and I am the only one there during my workout so I never have to feel bad about how I look, what I wear or compare my abilities to anyone else. The fact that they keep track of my weights, duration, etc I am able to get a lot accomplished in the 20 minute session and my strength continues to improve thanks to The Perfect Workout!

The Perfect Workout is just that....Perfect! I have been doing this for several years now and can speak to the effectiveness of workouts. For my age (72) I am quite strong and healthy. I have a personal trainer who is with me constantly during my workouts and helps me do the exercises correctly. All the trainers are very nice and are required to have an education in the field. There are very expensive and effective machines on which I do the exercises. And the theory behind the "slow" weight workouts makes sense to me as a nurse. The cost is a little high but if you break it down per session, it is quite reasonable. Besides, how much does poor health cost us in doctor visits, possible hospitalizations, and poor quality of life. I highly recommend this service to all, but especially to those in the 60 to 100 age group.

Everything is great including the methodology, the equipment, the trainers, the facility, the nutritionist, the ease of scheduling, the availability of the trainers, and the great articles from the CEO! Having a trainer and appointments every week definitely made me work out. And knowing it was only 30 minutes or less made it convenient.
