I’ve been doing the workout for over five years. It’s become part of my weekly schedule. The trainers are great. They give you 100% of their attention. They provide all the details on your progress from week to week. When I go twice a week, I can really feel a difference in my energy. I’m going on 83 years old and I know this has made a big difference in my quality of life. When I work out, I automatically eat better and focus more on healthy habits.

I’m 65 and I’ve been coming to Perfect Workout for a year now. My bone scan was excellent and not just β€œfor a woman of my age” . My primary care doctor and my endocrinologist both told me to keep doing what I’m doing.
