I have been with the Perfect Workout for over 13 years and love my workouts. The trainers are awesome and they train you as an individual. Even after 13 years I continue to grow stronger after every workout.The Perfect Workout guarantees results Staci and Joe are GREAT trainers. I’ve never enjoyed resistance training but I recently started working out with Joe Bando, a trainer at TPW in Laguna Niguel. His coaching method has turned my work outs in something akin to a “zen” practice. Slow & intentional focused movements, 20 minutes later, I’m thoroughly smoked! Six months in, I couldn't be a bigger fan of TPW or our trainers, Stacy and Iain. My body has changed tremendously in these last 6 months, my bloodwork is better, my 20something daughter said "wow, your body has changed a lot" when she came home for Christmas, but it's the feeling of being strong, of my body and posture having more integrity, of my body working in a way I'd pretty much given up on that has me singing their praises. This workout -20 minutes!!- is challenging and still manageable and the results are profound. I hope I can afford to do this all my life, because the health benefits are worth every penny. Thanks to the team and for having this available - it's truly amazing.

If you are looking for a targeted and very time efficient strength training program, this is definitely it! Personal trainers are with you every moment, setting up each piece of equipment at your increasing weight, and cheering you on the whole way. This allows you to solely focus on building your muscles, no wasted time searching for weights/pegs/equipment, or needing to remember what your appropriate weight is on each piece of equipment. And each client is there for the same reason as you, a great community! Also no weigh ins or body measurements required. The proof is in your increased equipment weight, and you can track your accomplishments at every visit on their app.

This place is an absolute joke. Went here and did one of their “workouts” as part of an interview process. If you’re a 90 year old that just wants to get out of the house, the “workout” is great. If you actually want to gain mass and improve physique, this ain’t it. Do the tried and true REAL workouts and exercises if you want to see progress. Bunch of book nerds trying to reinvent working out.

I have been coming to TPW now for 6 months and as someone who has just gone through menopause and all the stuff that comes with that, I have completely shifted my paradigm with regards to work outs!
A busy working woman , 20 minutes a day/2x a week has made me not only stronger but has helped with posture, back alignment, and definitely confidence.

I have been a member at the Laguna Niguel studio since March, 2015. Kim is my regular trainer and she is awesome. She aways pushes me to work as hard as possible so I get the most out of every workout. I'm much stronger and more toned than I've been in 20 years. I've also been trained by Ryan, Cindy, Monique, and Ina and I love them all. They always encourage all members and are super supportive. And, they make it fun to come in and bust my butt for 20 minutes twice a week. I also did the Optavia weight loss program through Perfect Workout and got excellent results. Lost 35 lbs. so far and Monique and and Cindy helped me get through the challenges of sticking with the program when I hit a plateau. I highly recommend both Perfect Workout and Optavia.

I’ve been going once per week to Perfect Workout for the past year with a wonderful coach, Ina! I have been going to the Perfect workout for a little over three years. It is a tough workout, but it only takes 30 minutes. I feel better, I am more toned, and my trainer Kim makes sure I am using the correct form so that I stay safe and get the most benefit from the workout. I love the one-on-one relationships with the trainers. It keeps me coming back when my natural inclination is to sleep in! An orthopedist told me 8 years ago that I would need to have knee replacement surgery within 3 years. Instead, I joined The Perfect Workout and am still going strong with my original knee TPW has kept me strong and mobile and much healthier in general. Thank god I found them!

I'm in my mid 60s and have never worked out with weights. I wanted to comfortably and safely lift my granddaughter and I got that and so much more. Over the past 10 months Kim has expertly and patiently guided me with the correct position, amount of weight and timing. It's hard to describe but my entire body feels so much better. I am 63 years of age, worked in front of a computer for years, and was very out of shape. I made plans to visit Italy in May, 2012. In February, 2012, I started a twice weekly workout at The Perfect Workout in Laguna Niguel. The staff is wonderful, and so supportive. They knew my goals, and kept me focused and inspired to reach those goals. With my "new muscles and stamina," I was not only able to survive the "long haul" through 7 airports, but was able to see just about every inch of Italy without wimping out!! I highly recommend The Perfect Workout for anyone wanting to improve metabolism, muscle tone, stamina, and overall health. It takes just a few minutes, twice weekly, to look and feel so much better!
