Iβm going on 6 years working out here 1x week with Albert & wished Iβd started sooner! I went from having osteoporosis to osteopenia & no longer take medication. The workout is challenging but Albert is my best cheerleader & is always encouraging. I can play pickleball, garden, & participate in physical activities with confidence!

I have been coming to the Perfect Workout for just over a year now. The best part about the workout is that I can be away from work for less than an hour total and still get an intense, heavy β lifting workout in. I love that the trainers track my strength progress and push me to lift heavier than I would be willing to push myself on my own, while still being mindful of any aches and pains and providing modifications accordingly.
Special shout out to Albert and Maher who have been my regular trainers and each bring a different approach and perspective to strength and agility.

Signing up with the The Perfect Workout (on Sawtelle) over a year ago has turned out to be the best decision for me! For the first time, I enjoy working out and being pushed to keep trying. Todd, my trainer is super nice, yet very firm and also very knowledgeable. I can see Im making progress as he increases the weights on the machines or the number of repetitions at each session. Everybody who works here is really amazing.

I have been working out at the West LA studio twice a week for over 10 years. I have never once thought about quitting. During the time I had only 2 trainers βMarcello and Albert. Each of them are easy to talk to about current events, sports, movies and what is streaming which distracted from the 2 minute drills. After 20 minutes with encouragement and no yelling from the trainers you feel like you have had a rigorous workout. The strength and health effects have been gratifying on the golf course and ski slopes. At 77 I have no intention of stopping either for health reasons.

I joined 2 months ago and am extremely satisfied. It was pricey but worth it! It is fast (just 20 min!), convenient (free parking, easy to schedule) and fits my busy lifestyle as working, volunteering active mom of 2. But all that wouldn't be worth it unless if was effective- I finally lost to the annoying 5 pounds that were bugging me, find myself eating better (without trying), sleeping better, standing, sitting, and walking straighter (thus looking better), my clothes fitting better, and just generally feeling more energetic and confident. I find it's good for my mood and general spirits.

Sean and the whole style of work out are awesome!
I used this to learn how to walk again after a major accident. I am now using it in my second pregnancy and feeling fabulous, comfortable, and sleeping great.
Such a great system and Sean is an incredible and deeply educated trainer who also brings an awareness beyond just the physical to the spiritual and energetic.

I love that I can work with any of the trainers here and still get an incredible session in! I have had knee issues off and on from years of gymnastics and this seams to be the only workout that does aggravate my knees... and yet I still am able to get stronger! I never thought I would be able to leg press over 300 lbs and here I am! Thank you PW for your truly Perfect Workout and awesome trainers!!

I have been working out at the Perfect Workout for three months & I have honestly never enjoyed exercising more - make no mistake - it is the most intense & difficult 20 minutes you can imagine & yet I look forward to it every time. I leave there feeling on top of the world thanks to my personal trainer Cadet. He is the most caring,knowledgeable, encouraging person ever. He carefully pushes me beyond me beyond where I think I can go.
I am 63 years old & have had 4 joint replacements in the last 6 years. I was looking for an exercise program that helped me regain my strength & confidence. Cadet has inspired to continue on my journey to be the best version of myself.
