I’ve loved my year-plus at the Menlo Park Perfect Workout. Dante is super nice and listens to me if I need to make any changes to my workout. He’s very knowledgeable about how our bodies work and how the machines benefit strength training. Perfect Workout is PERFECT for me! I joined after reading that precise lifting until exertion, twice per week for 20 minutes, is all you need to build muscle. This is a review long due for trainer - Jared Toulon. Initially had some scheduling issues, however, Jared stepped-in and made things right. In my opinion, Jared is highly qualified to do what he does. He has lots of patience and a great demeanor to make a great experience for his clients. Love the Fast Fit resistance training at the Perfect Workout. Adaptive resistance training, where every rep is the hardest you’ve ever done, is great if you want tough workout in 20min. Trainers Alyx and Jared are great at stepping you through the exercises and encouraging you to go all out. Highly recommended.
