The team at TPW is amazing, they are all motivating and patient with whatever your situation is. I began 6 years ago when I broke my foot and realized I was losing significant muscle mass due to wearing a ‘boot’ for the bone to mend. They modified the workout for my injury and I have seen steady improvement with my strength, and it is only 20 minutes! With my compressed discs I feel very safe as Mike adjusts the equipment for me, anyone can do this and see results.

My neighbor turned me on to The Perfect Workout and it really is.
I work out with Tyler once a week and it really is building my muscle and strength in a 20 minute workout. As we age it is imperative to maintain muscle and by having a weekly appt with Tyler I know I won't skip the workout. Tyler makes it fun and challenging in a good way. The Perfect Workout focuses on short, high-intensity workouts and slow, controlled repetitions. They predominantly use Nautilus equipment that varies the resistance to match the strength of the muscle at different points of contraction.

A personal trainer sets up each machine with the proper weight and seat adjustments, then guides you through the exercise.

The shortness and high intensity provide the maximum stimulation for muscle growth without overtaxing your ability to recover between workouts.

The slow repetitions help prevent injury and ensure that you are maintaining the correct technique.

I have been training at The Perfect Workout for more than 4 years, and all of the trainers have been good.

My current trainer is Tyler, and he is excellent. He has helped me to continue training safely and effectively while recovering from a serious knee injury.

I have been weight training with Tyler at The Perfect Workout in Newport Beach since the beginning of the year and it has been a great experience. I turned 60 last November and had really not been weight training consistently so I needed and program to keep me motivated and which didn’t have me in the gym for hours at a time. I will admit that the training sessions are intense but I am seeing great results. Tyler is a great trainer! He is always upbeat and encouraging. He definitely pushes me to my limit which I appreciate because it helps me get the best results. I have worked my way up to twice a week on most weeks and really love the strength I have gained. If you are serious about getting stronger and looking and feeling better this is the place for you. Definitely recommend that you give it a try.

I’ve been working out here since 2021. It’s a great way to improve strength and push yourself to new levels in a safe and friendly environment. All the staff I’ve worked with have been very professional and diligent about maintaining good form and getting the results I want. I’ve worked out my whole life, but I feel that this high intensity approach has given me better results than I’ve seen in the past. I like that they have the Nautilus machines which are designed to work the muscles in an optimal way throughout the full range of motion. It also feels great to get in and get out in 20 minutes and have such a positive impact. Great business and people. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to raise the bar in their physical health.

Two years ago I responded to an add for the Perfect Workout. Why. Because it said it was only a 20 minute workout twice a week. I figured I could do just about anything for 20 minutes. I liked the concept, it was different and I thought it was worth a try. 2years later I’m still at it. Last month after a bone scan, my doctor told me my bones were like that of a 30 year old. Considering I’m twice that age, I’ll take it. My trainer Tyler is awesome and I know how important it is to stay strong as we age. It is the perfect solution for me. I am fully obligated to my family, church and work and it seems like taking care of myself comes in fourth. But how can you say you don't have 20 minutes twice a week to workout? The Perfect Workout system works perfectly for me. I can fit it into my schedule and it doesn't take more time than I have. I can continue on to work in the morning or head on to another activity in the evening.
The last time I went shopping, I couldn't resist buying 4 dresses - everything seemed to suddenly fit well!

I LOVE the Perfect Workout! I have been coming for a few years now and am addicted to it! Mainly I am addicted to how I end up feeling in life - How I can grab several groceries bags at a time, lift up a 5-year old boy, sit up using my stomach muscles (instead of how I used to need to grab onto something to pull me up) and all with such ease. You wouldn't think that twice a week for 20-30 minutes would be enough to feel results, but it is! After the first 30-days your body is stronger and you begin to notice how weak you really had been and how much better you feel. Finally found an effective workout and one that I ACTUALLY look forward to attending (very rare for me!). The place is clean, quiet and professional... the complete opposite of your typical gym in all the best ways. You are in and out quickly.. but don't think it is easy. Most of my muscles are quivering on the way back to the car. In 3 months, I am stronger, seen better performance in my recreational sports, better posture and more energy. I just extended for another 3. I've done ALL the bootcamps and local gyms... I haven't stuck with any for very long until now - mostly because I ended up with some injury from lack of form or useless repetitive motion or felt like I was getting ignored in the crowd! The trainers here are great... I work mostly with Tyler - she is friendly, keeps the sessions fun, and is knowledgeable when adjustments need to be made. I highly recommend this place if you want to build overall strength and increased wellness.

This studio is a low key, very professionally run facility which takes one through a varied set of exercises using their slow motion concept to build muscle and create better overall tone in a body. I have worked with Ryan since the beginning and am quite pleased with his approach and attitude involving the exercise routine. Now in my "Golden Years" my metabolism has stopped!! I read about the Perfect Workout and it mentioned that it helps boost metabolism. I signed up immediately. My trainer is Ina and she is absolutely fantastic. She really pushes me and is actually fun to be with. When I have had to change my regular time, I have had other trainers and each one has been wonderful. Going to my workout is a very pleasant part of my day even though I am working very hard.
