I have been going to The Perfect Workout for years. Working one on one with a personal trainer is the key. Only thing I've been able to stick with after trying many other options. It's expensive, but totally worth it!!!

So I joined in Jan 2025 and this was my first experience working with a personal trainer. I like that the sessions are short and that I can feel the workout . My first month was brutal but once I got used to it, it became easier. Martin, Terrie and Evan are very in tune with my abilities and limitations. It took about 4 months before I really saw my body changing. They offer virtual sessions for when you are traveling but I haven’t used it as of yet. Maybe at the end of the year I will. Overall I do recommend them especially for a beginner or someone with an injury that they are trying to overcome. I think the best thing about my workouts is that my brain fog has cleared up.

Expensive, but SOOOOO effective. Great reliable trainers (I have only ever dealt with one, with a few substitutes when he is on vacation), they play to my strengths and build up my weak spots. I have seen amazing results.
