I had a demonstration visit with Jules this morning. I can understand why his ratings are so high - he's clear, concise and instructive; he provides the reasons on what he is telling you and he is thoroughly intent on what you are doing.
I would love to enroll in his services; unfortunately, the cost seems quite steep for the time for each session.
If there's ever a promotion, I might consider it.

I've had a great experience with Jules. He takes care to make sure the workouts don't exacerbate existing injuries while ensuring they still challenge me. The workouts are time-optimized and very effective.

This place is amazing! Forrest is THE best person trainer I have ever worked with. He is super knowledgeable, dedicated and helpful! Iβve been training with the perfect workout for over a year now, I can feel that I have built muscle, stronger, fitter, have more energy, definitely have lost weight and inches. Most of all, the training session is FUN, motivating - 20 mins/ twice a week, no excuses not to do it! :)

I started with a similar work out place which closed, then followed my trainer to the Perfect Workout nearby. The strength training is important to me at age 75. I also walk nearly daily for aerobic activity. During the Covid lock down I got very soft and lazy. Having to pay for exercise, and also the social contract with my trainer ensures that I get the exercise I need to stay healthy. And it seems to have worked. My trainer motivates me, handles keeping track of the weights I'm using, and is otherwise very encouraging. I don't think I could do this on my own. I recommend Perfect Workout for anyone having motivation issues.

This place is great!! Both my parents go here and train with Stephanie.. she has been exceptional with getting them more mobility and overall strength for everyday life. I love getting a workout done in less than 30 minutes, without sweating and without having to wear gym attire. Yet the lack of outward effort belies how strong I've gotten, and I am confident that "super slow weight training" is going to reverse my osteopenia.
