I joined for six months before my wedding and it made a big difference with the way I fit into my wedding dress, including my arms, getting toned and thinner. Also, my glutes firmed up and looked very good in my mermaid style hip, hugging wedding dress. I have spent money on gym training, procedures, etc. but this was my best decision.

I was recovering from a surgery and needed some one on one training. Sean and Richard are nice, high energy guys and made the workouts fun. Each workout is 20 minutes with a series of slow repetitions to work the muscles. In just 20 minutes, you can get quite a work out. Everything is tracked on their app, so you can monitor your results. Enjoyed my experience and highly recommend.

Updated: I'm close to finishing my second round of sessions at The Perfect Workout. I am definitely stronger, and have a lot of confidence in my coach, Sean Piedra. Not only is he incredibly supportive, he varies the workouts frequently which makes them fun. He pushes hard and helps me work through some balance issues stemming from old injuries. Iβm a newbie at the Perfect Workout and am working with Richard, who is very positive and makes working out fun! He can be tough at times (tough love) but mostly it is fun. The Perfect Workout Method is a safe and effective way of getting stronger in only 20 minutes a session!
Beats going to overly crowded gym and competing/waiting for gym machines. Here we have a dedicated coach/trainer who works one-on-one with you and the machines are always available. The trainer keeps track of all your health data, and sends progress graphs via email. I feel stronger in just a few sessions so much so that I feel 10 years younger for sure.
I highly recommend my trainer Sean Piedra, who is enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and motivates me to put in my best every time!

The Perfect Workout provides a great, intense superslow workout. The trainers are great about pushing you to do your best and they know how to work well with different personalities - my wife and I both love it! It's not cheap, but it's a much better experience to work with a trainer on well-maintained equipment than wait for a busted machine at a crowded cheapo gym. It is the hardest 20 minutes of my week, but well worth it.

The Perfect Workout is truly the perfect workout. It is, by far, the most efficient and effective exercise regime I have ever experienced. After years of doing Pilates, Yoga, other one on one training workouts, nothing has made a difference for my overall strength, stamina, muscle tone and cured my chronic low back issues like The Perfect Workout program has.
I am a lifer when it comes to this workout. 20 minutes, 2 times a week and getting the results I needed and wanted in just the first month - it's a no brainer!
