This workout works! I committed to doing it for a year starting last October, and my body has completely transformed. Best weight training facility ever! When I started training here I was experiencing knee instability and pain. Four years later and the knee pain and instability are gone. Throughout this journey I've trained with Maria and credit her with my success. Her knowledge with training and most important, attention to detail when it comes to "correct form" is what made the difference. Highly recommend The Perfect Workout (and Maria, although all the trainers are good) for anyone looking to improve strength.

The Perfect Workout is life changing. It was recommended to me by a patient I respect very much & happens to be in great shape in their late 60’s, so I had to find out what they were doing to maintain their healthy lifestyle. The Perfect Workout concept is slow paced with heavy weights, muscle failure quickly which makes the workout effective in just 20min! I practice heated vinyasa yoga regularly along with Peloton cycling so this compliments those workouts really nice for me. I have noticed improvements with my cycling abilities & full body strength in my yoga. I cannot emphasize enough how empowering this is lifting heavy weights & on top of that having a coach by your side guiding you to that next level. Gary, my current coach, has been a joy to work with. He motivates me, keeps me on pace, respects my time, and is always positive. The care he puts into each workout is consistent and so appreciated. The gym is kept cool, no waiting for equipment, no one other than your coach watching your alignment and guiding/motivating you. As a full time Dental Hygienist, my body is constantly hunched over, I truly believe this workout is strengthening my core and supporting the alignment of my spine; I have been experiencing less neck and back pain since workout out with Perfect Workout. Grateful. Lastly, the length of time of the workout has really helped me reach my fitness goals efficiently. Only have so much time, so this system makes it count. The membership is costly, but I believe there’s value especially in the guidance Gary and the team provides to keep you safe and strong for the long run in life. As for the cost, if you have a HSA/FSA account this could be a great route to pay for it. They also have a way to support you with the process of figuring out how to qualify for HSA/FSA to cover the costs. I highly recommend The Perfect Workout. Give it a go😉👍🏼💪🏽 You won’t be disappointed.
