I've been going to Perfect Workout for over 2 yrs now and its been a great experience. I workout twice a week with Zehavah and she is the most patient and dedicated trainer as are all the others at the center. I've had injuries in the past from high impact workouts but this form of slow motion strength training has really helped me build muscle without any injuries and the best part is I don't have to spend hours in the gym to get results.
It's not cheap but then quality training never is. You get 1 on 1 attention dedicated every time and its totally worth it and I tell all my friends about it. Definitely try it out.

I’ve been training at The Perfect Workout Sunnyvale location for several years now, and the results have been fantastic — especially in terms of strength and posture. Their unique approach to slow-motion strength training is really effective. Unlike high-impact workouts that can strain the joints, this method feels safe yet powerful. I’ve been able to build strength and maintain muscle mass without risking injury.
The trainers are consistently friendly, professional, and highly motivating. I’ve worked with a few of them, and each one takes the time to tailor the workout to my needs and goals. They’re also very accommodating with scheduling — allowing cancellations or reschedules up to 24 hours in advance, which is a big plus for anyone juggling a busy calendar.
If you’re looking for a time-efficient, science-based workout program that actually delivers results, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

I've been doing the Perfect Workout for over 7 years. My strength and balance have improved greatly. They have been wonderfully flexible aroundrecoveries from minor surgeries and travel schedules. In fact, when I travel I check studio locations and have been able to keep up workouts in different states. During the pandemic, PW switched to online workouts, using body weight and items around the house for creative workouts. I chose to return to the studio when it reopened and had not lost ground! The trainers are encouraging and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend it.

I have come to this Sunnyvale location for 6 months I can see my arms and legs getting stronger. My ab also shrinks quite a bit!! The one on one trainer correct my posture and make sure it is safe and effective throughout the 20 min workout. Love the routine short and hard, Highly recommend!

TPW is a terrific slow motion strength training program. I've been getting stronger and stronger with The Perfect Workout for five years, since I turned 60. The only option for me is the 1-1 personalized training. Otherwise, I would have quit years ago. Five years is longer than I've stuck with any exercise program. The staff are amazing, kind, encouraging, and professional. My osteoporosis is improving. I go twice per week, once with the terrific Zehavah in Sunnyvale and once on the FastFit equipment with the fabulous Alyx in Menlo Park. I'm a lifer at TPW!

I love this workout program. This is the only workout that I have been able to stick with for a full year. The 20 minutes at a time twice a week just fits into my very busy schedule. The personal trainer is super encouraging and motivating. For people like me who want to retain muscle mass and not lose it due to age, this is a wonderful way. It's perfect for those of us who have demanding careers and responsibilities and less free time. This program keeps you focused and targeted.

Great workout, and a really talented group of personal trainers! I like the 1 to 1 format, and the focus on slow deliberate motion with perfect form. Using this methodology and I've been able to cut my workouts down to twice a week while increasing my rate of gain.
