My husband purchased a 3 month package for me (workouts 2x a week). I primarily worked out with Angela and sometimes Miguel and occasionally a few other trainers. While I was skeptical at first, I will say that the workouts have been great! I leave feeling shaky and tired after a 20-min. workout! My strength has increased during this time. And more importantly (for me), this experience forced me to get back into a routine of working out regularly again. Everyone there is so friendly, professional, and experienced. I highly recommend these workouts for those who need to jumpstart their health or improve it. And they will alter the workouts to meet your needs. I was having issues with joints on my hip and Angela worked to improve that area for me (and it worked)!. They treat each person as an individual and adapt the workouts as needed. I highly recommend them! For those interested, I am 48 years old and was gaining some weight due to perimenopausal issues and these workouts have been great for me to combat that madness!

I've been a Perfect Workout client for over 8 yrs, and I welcome little encouragements that come along that show it works. My husband and I recently helped out with a Sunday School class for 6-to-8-yr-olds, along with another couple about our age -- almost 67. Without a second thought, I sat on the floor with the kids. The other couple chose chairs. At the end of the lesson, they offered us a hand up, thinking we would need help. No! I could pop up with no problem, thanks to regular strength training. In that moment, I felt young!

I've been a PWO client for over 4 years. I started out skeptical. Could 20 minutes twice a week really make a difference? The answer is YES. Even a mammogram technician has commented on my upper body musculature! Early on, I also wondered if it was really worth the money. Again, the answer is YES. Angela, my trainer, does an excellent job of encouraging me but also pushing me past where I would go on my own. She also mixes things up and keeps my workout interesting and challenging. My husband recently started with PWO because his regular gym is still closed 10 months into the pandemic. He used to weight train on his own twice a week, 90 minutes per session. I have been needing to work on strengthening my muscles for a couple years now. I walk ever day but never stop to take the time to work the muscles and improve bone strength. The 20 minutes that it takes to do this workout is what inspired me and I have noticed great results with more energy and more muscle endurance. Great workout!

I signed up for this place 9 months ago, and Angie is my trainer. She is so knowledgeable about muscles. I used have so many side effects from exercising with or receiving treatments from others. I can’t recall any negative side effects ever since i started working with Angie. She monitors and immediately corrects any postural problems or habits I engage during the training. I used have pain everyday while walking and sitting. I saw a number of physical therapists over 10 years. Now I don’t see any physical therapists any more. I don’t have any discomforts while walking or sitting. My upper arms are not flabby. I am with disbelief when I feel my upper arms. At least 1/3 of the width of each of my upper arms seems to have disappeared. I highly recommend Angie, although there are many others who are also wonderful in this facility.

The Perfect Workout has been a blessing for me. I broke my back in 2017 and spent five years recovering in pretty much constant pain. Four years in things got bad and something had to change. I started seeing a physical therapist that specialized in nerves and soft tissue. He helped a lot but was not quite enough. It was suggested that I try The Perfect Workout. With them and my physical therapy, I live a mostly normal life with much less pain than I was in. If you are in a similar situation I urge you to give them a call to make your way back to recovery!

I’ve been training with Angela Kading at the Tustin studio for 3 months and I’ve really enjoyed my experience. I’ve gotten stronger, I’m building muscle and I feel my metabolism has improved. I like working with Angela because she is very focused on my overall wellbeing. She is very experienced and extremely knowledgeable about strength training, physiology, and she even trained as a chef. (I’m a foodie!) I love that she listened to my concerns and adapted my workouts to suit my needs. I didn’t want to go too fast or hard and risk possible injury at my age. I’m 64 and know that strength training is necessary at my age but I was prone to exercise induced headaches. Angela customized each session to ease me and my body slowly with incremental progress. I’m not in any rush and I always tell her “Progress is more important than perfection.” As a Certified Wellness and Transformational Nutrition Coach it is very important that I “Walk My Talk.” I can’t ask my clients to do something that I’m not willing to do myself. I’ve always been active and I love walking outdoors regularly but strength training is imperative for post menopausal women for myriad reasons. I’m glad I found The Perfect Workout because I like the one-on-one training experience in a calmer, quiet environment. I like the efficiency and effectiveness of the 20-minute full body workout sessions and the results. For all those reasons and for the enjoyment of working with Angela as my personal trainer twice a week, I decided to sign up for a 12-month program. I’m looking forward to the transformation that awaits me! I’ll be 65 at the end of this year. I believe 2025 is going to be EPIC!

I have been training with Angie for over 2 years due to a fall which injured my hip. Three weeks ago, I had that hip replaced. Due to Angie's personalized and encouraging training, I was back walking without assistance, driving and doing most of my regular activities. I just went back for my first workout post-op and I am so glad to be back. I can't recommend her enough!

I’ve just hit 3 years with The Perfect Workout, and it is still every bit as challenging and rewarding as day 1! Angela, Spencer, and the rest of the staff know how to adjust the intensity for a younger or stronger client (if any young folks get turned off by the “older age” marketing).
In May of 2024 I decided to make an additional change for my health, and begin taking Zepbound for weight loss. An unfortunate side effect of dropping weight quickly is not only will you drop fat, but muscle mass, too. NOT HERE!!! Because I’ve continued going to TPW while on Zepbound, I have lost 30 pounds of pure FAT!! We’ve tracked this in Studio as well as with my own body composition scale at home. It’s incredible! I look so lean and my body feels so good! It’s truly a match made in heaven if you’re someone like me with PCOS or other hormonal issues who has an awful time dropping weight.
I feel so strong, happy, and confident. Lifting and getting stronger has also made me fall in love with my body in a different way—I love seeing how much I can achieve in weightlifting. It’s awesome. I can’t recommend this place enough ❤️

The Perfect Workout is a different method of a complete workout. I had to experience this low impact slow motion workout myself to believe it. I have now been a loyal member for over 7 years! I’ve had typical gym trainer workouts prior and the difference with the trainers at Perfect Workout is that they use your mental awareness and constant coaching of what you are working on with perfect form, breathing technique, slow count pushing out and back and adjusting your workout to meet your specific needs. I have increased my core strength, balance, range of motion, posture and most of all strength. i encourage you to try this out. I know so many guys with gym workout injuries and this can be avoided at The Perfect Workout. My favorite trainer at the Tustin facility is Angela❤️

I started Perfect Workout about a month ago. I'm really loving it. I'm able to get in a workout early in the morning before work. Angela is a fantastic trainer, pushing me beyond what I would do on my own. The facility is extremely clean and safe. They are following strict covid-safe protocols with only one trainer and one client in the facility at any given time. The facility and equipment are kept extremely clean. They have a well developed automated text system for scheduling and confirming every appointment. I highly recommend this workout system, and in particular this facility and trainer.
Update September 2024: Three years later, I'm still doing Perfect Workout twice a week. What a great program! The service and training is personal and adjusted for my needs. I feel much stronger and healthier by sticking with this program. The trainers have all been great to work with. The facility and equipment are all kept very clean. I'm going to keep training here as long as I am physically able.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at The Perfect Workout Facility.
They are not worthy of even one star!! First let me say that there is no way on this planet that I am the only one to have had this experience. I am not going to believe this establishment has these reviews that are not fake or bought. Not after what I saw and went through. PLEASE READ!
I recently embarked on a search for a new gym after my previous one shuttered its doors. After some research, I stumbled upon a place called The Perfect Workout.
My first initial red flag was their type of survey they sent by email. The survey was minimal compared to this reverse psychology questions they asked that lead more into the selling you rather than you understanding the concept of the program. Second, I initially gave consent to communicate through text. However, no confirmation of my appointment was ever sent. And, I must of missed the address but, Im the type of person that if I have other sources of communication with you, I will delete emails once read. So the day before my appointment I sent a text saying "Can someone please send me the address to you facility? I didn't get a response til 15 mins before my appointment and only then I received a response that read "ADDRESS IS IN THE EMAIL"
My excitement was quickly turned to more and more disappointment. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment.
My initial expectations were to engage in a trial workout session and get a feel for the facility. Instead, I found myself subjected to a lengthy explanation of their machines and program. Which look and move no differently than any other machines in a regular gym. Arriving at the facility, the individual I interacted with failed to provide any information about their certifications or qualifications. Instead he generated his focus on collecting details about me, which was quite disheartening considering the extensive questionnaire I had filled out not once but two times.
My true disillusionment came when I was led into the gym area and directed to the leg press machine. The tight squeeze and awkward positioning were immediately uncomfortable. This was not my first rodeo. Like I said I've been a gym user in the past. And, you don't make a person get into the machine where they are struggling to get in the correct position. You open the machine and adjust to the correct position. More baffling was the expectation for me, a 62-year-old weighing 180 pounds, to push an astounding 220 pounds. When I voiced my concerns, and said it’s too heavy, I feel my knees popping. The staff member was dismissive, almost implying that I should be capable of the feat. I then said I’m not going to hurt myself, I know my limits. I haven’t been in a gym in 5 yrs. This incident highlighted a severe lack of understanding for someone of my age and needs.
Regrettably, the disappointments didn't end there. The pricing for their services struck me as exorbitant, far from justifiable based on my initial impression and experiences. Taking all these factors into account, I cannot recommend or advise anyone to consider The Perfect Workout facility. My encounter was marked by incompetence, insensitivity to individual needs, and unreasonable prices. I strongly urge others to steer clear of this establishment, as it falls significantly short of expectations and appears to disregard the well-being of its potential clients.

I love everything about this workout- Sam is awesome and knows how to push me to workout smarter. It’s not an easy workout, by any means, but it is the most efficient use of my time. I feel so much stronger in the 2 months I’ve been here and already down 12 pounds even with cheat days. If I wasn’t investing in myself, I’d be 12 pounds heavier wishing I could lose weight and feel better. This is the perfect workout for me!

I joined Perfect Workout almost 3 months ago. I’ve always found it hard to make time for exercise in my life & it has always been something that typically I haven’t enjoyed. However, this has been different because anybody can do anything for 20 minutes, right?? I’ve surprised myself that I’m able to do these exercises & my body is responding. I have been a client at the Perfect workout at the Tustin location, since 2013. I saw an advertisement in a local magazine and I thought this is too good to be true! I had never heard of a full workout in just 20 minutes! I was curious and I gave it a try. Since then I'm hooked. My trainer Angela is friendly, enthusiastic and gives me expert guidance throughout my workout to achieve my best and even more. I feel so much stronger , my arms and my legs especially are defined and strong. Though the main achievement for me is that I reversed my osteoporosis according to my recent test. The longer I can maintain these results especially for my osteoporosis it's a win for me. I definitely recommend the perfect workout.

I have been with Perfect Workout in Newport for over 5 years and love it. I enjoyed working out with my trainer, Niraj, so much, I followed him to the Tustin location. He is the best! He is very knowledgeable and adjusts my workouts for the different physical issues that may come up. His background as a chef provides us many talking points to keep my diet on track with new recipe ideas. The 20 minute workouts are hard but I can see the results and progress every week. I joined the Tustin Perfect Workout and I actually work out twice a week now! I was with Nicole and have been transfered to Sam, a different experience for me through my workout. I hope to continue to gain strenght, but I have not lost a pound the entire 6 months of my workouts. I wonder why?

I found as years have gone by its much harder to stay slim and toned even though I've always eaten healthy and worked out regularly. I joined The Perfect Workout in Tustin last March and love it! Within the first 6 weeks I lost 12 3/4" which was a shocker to me! Who would have guessed that could happen in just 2 - 20 minute sessions a week! The only thing I had changed was the amount of time I worked out due to the "slow motion until muscle success" training. Anyone can do anything for 20 mintues - it sure beats 1-2 hours of the "mainstream" workouts 3-5 times a week! Slow and steady = stronger muscles, bones and no injury. I'm stronger than I've ever been and feel great! My trainers, Nicole and Jody, are the best! Both are very encouraging & enthusiastic without being drill sargents, which works well for me! I give 5 Stars to The Perfect Workout.

As I've aged, I have been getting weaker. The Perfect Workout changed me from a sluggish 56 year old into a dynamo 57 year old. I have gained not only muscle, I have lost 3% of body fat.
