I was honestly skeptical about the idea of a 20 min workout. I have done weight training for years and couldn’t imagine this type of workout would be effective. I was so wrong. The intentional slow movements truly work the muscles to fatigue. The trainers have all been supportive and encouraging. It’s great to see the progress I am making. I highly recommend!

The Perfect Work out site in Walnut Creek has surpassed all my expectations. The method of 2 times a week each lasting 20 minutes will fit into anyone's schedule.
