After reading the billing issues and the response to the customer from the owner’s is unacceptable. I’ll share this with my Kaiser co-worker’s and friends and family to avoid this business.

Over billed for an unlimited membership. And was told it was my fault and will not be reimbursed. I gave the establishment a courtesy to correct the over billing versus having my credit card company reverse the charges. I was alerted by my credit card company of possible fraudulent activity. I was out of town and couldn't verify all the charges. I signed up on Mar 8th 2024 with my first class being on the 9th. My membership renewal was taken on April 8th. On April 18th an additional $199.00 was charged.
THIS IS THE CHARGE THAT WAS MY FAULT !!

On May 8th my monthly membership renewal was again charged. My last class I attended was 4/29. I was charged for 4 months in a three month period any only used the facility for 2 months. I tried to get the billing corrected to resume my membership.

I was then told we're going to reinstate your membership for free for the month of June.

California law prohibits businesses from overcharging customers for goods and services. The California Business and Professions Code (BPC) § 12024.2 states that it's illegal to charge more than the advertised, posted, or quoted price for an item. This includes charging more than the lowest price posted on the item or on a shelf tag. Violations of this section can be either a misdemeanor or an infraction, depending on the amount of the overcharge:

As you pointed out $199. 00 was ALLOWED to be charge as an error on my end on April 18th. So remind me why you won't refund my payment? When the money is funny time to find a honest merchant. 4 payment of $199. and you're waiving my next months fee I WAS CHARGED FOR NEXT MONTH AND THEN SUM!!!! Let's see if the better business bureau agrees with your billing practices and math????

Love coming to The Pilates Co studio. I started coming in October 2023 to jumpstart my fitness journey after not working out for about a year. I’m so glad I did! The classes are all beginner friendly and the instructors are all very helpful. I especially enjoy their recently added Athletic Reformer classes. Jessica Gore is a phenomenal instructor and her Sunday class always makes me sweat.

It is so inviting, clean and well appointed with attention to all the details.
I have been going for a few years. The classes are great, so many options and times. I am getting stronger and healthier since I started. I am over 50 and it’s great to to use resistance to keep muscle tone.
