Had a completely horrible experience. I went to my first class the beginning of Oct. I booked and went to my first ever Pilates class I must say was good. I was very happy and excited to book again, when I did my appointment was cancelled very late at night without them explaining why, so I immediately thought okay I’ll just book a different time. I did, it wasn’t cancelled. I got ready, I have two kids so my husband got up early got them ready and took me. Their website states arrive 15 mins early so I left my home to be 15 mins early for them just to cancel right when I was 5 mins away again with no explanation. I emailed and texted them they took days to reply. (Mind you I called many times to their phone number they never picked up) she finally texted back stating they are college students and under staffed and I was very understanding and told her it was okay just wanted to see why they cancelled. She then told me she would give me a complimentary class. I insisted it was okay, but she told me it was okay and she’d be glad to. So I said okay and send her my email and picked a day for her to only ghost me and completely never reply to me in over a week. I feel very horrible and honestly hurt that maybe I wasn’t liked and they just didn’t want me back. Hopefully this helps someone wanting to try this place out.

It was my first time taking a pilates class, I was a bit shy but the environment and everyone was super nice and welcoming, the workout it’s self was soooo good and totally recommend to everyone was able to workout everything in my body and the relaxing lavender color towels felt so nice and rewarding for after the workout, also loved the words of affirmation that was giving totally recommend to everyone!

the cutest Pilates studio!! I recently had a class with Anastasia and she was amazing. Class was challenging but she was extremely motivating, funny and kind. They have the cutest aesthetic with a coffee and matcha bar. Will definitely be going again. <3

Anastasia is the sweetest girl ever! But once she starts her class, she will be in complete beast mode which I truly loved and appreciated. She challenged everyone in the best way possible. The whole class did not give up and we all finished strong. Highly recommend this studio and her class.

I went to my first heated mat class at The Pilates Garden and my initial reaction was just admiring how gorgeous the studio is, it’s so aesthetic, and they had coffee plus lavender cold towels. Plus the front desk girls and my instructor was so nice.

But most importantly I got in an insane work out, Anastasia really pushed me and I was so sore the next day. I was sweating so much and I know the more I do it the better I’ll get. I can’t wait to come back!

The studio was just perfect and Anastasia was so amazing and lovely! Her class was a perfect mix of everything and she was great as an instructor, helping you when you needed help and offering variations of movements to make it harder or easier depending on each individual’s needs. Her studio is also so unique, offering so many amenities like matcha and coffee. Definitely one of the best studios and classes I’ve been to!
