I really enjoy this gym and the variety of services it offers. I regularly attend the metabolic strength classes and appreciate the well-maintained gym equipment. The kickboxing area is also impressive and fully equipped, making workouts both fun and challenging. I don’t use the steam room or sauna as often as I’d like because the steam room tends to be busy and noisy during the peak hours I’m usually there. The whirlpool, however, is a relaxing bonus after a tough session. I especially enjoy Sabrina and Coleen’s classes—they’re motivating, energetic, and always deliver a great workout.

Overall, this is a great gym — it’s clean, well-maintained, and the staff does a solid job keeping everything in order. It can get a bit noisy at times due to some members, though management has tried to address it (not everyone listens, of course).

A big shoutout to Javier, who was an amazing dance instructor — even though he’s moved on, his energy still inspires! Also, huge props to Julia, who’s taken on more dance classes and keeps the vibe high, and Bonnie for her fantastic Plex Strong classes — a true “no pain, no gain” spirit! 💪

I used to go this club and I no longer go there because I contracted a skin infection called Molluscum contagiosum! It causes round, firm, painless bumps ranging in size from a pinhead to a pencil eraser. If the bumps are scratched or injured, the infection can spread to nearby skin. Molluscum contagiosum also spreads through person-to-person contact!
I had to go a dermatologist to be treated!
I told the manager of the gym but I was told that is not possible to get it there

Love this gym. I avail metabolic strength classes, whirlpool and gym equipment. Their kickboxing is well equipped as well as their gym floor equipment. Not using steam room or sauna as much as would like to.Steam room is busy and nosiynduring the peak hours I use this facility. I like Sabrina and Coleen’s classes.’

Pretty good gym, constant cleaning & maintenance by staff but sometimes can get quite noisy from other gym members. Management has addressed the noise but not everyone listens, of course.

I have been a member of this gym for over six years, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed a decline in both the quality of service and overall experience. Recently, I had an issue where my account was mistakenly cancelled due to confusion with another member who shares my last name. When I approached management to resolve the situation, I was disappointed by the way I was spoken to—particularly by the manager, Lauren, whose tone felt unnecessarily demeaning. This was not the level of respect or professionalism I would expect after being a loyal member for so long.

Additionally, I’ve observed that membership dues have continued to increase without any meaningful improvements or added value to justify the higher costs. With several new gyms opening nearby that offer friendlier staff and more competitive pricing, it’s hard to recommend this facility at this time.

Based on my recent experiences, I would advise prospective members to explore other options in the area.

We signed up for member because kids love to swim. We wanted to try their swimming pool on last Saturday, but we have been told without membership, kids could not get into the pool. So we signed up right away. Toady I took my excited kids to swim right after school. But they didn’t let us in because they have swimming classes. They said the kids only can use the pool when there are no swimming classes which is Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. We cannot come on Wednesday because kids have class. I asked the people that work in the pool if they could let us to use a corner. (I really don’t want to disappointed the kids ) they agreed. But minutes later someone come and let us get out of the water because of the safety issue. I was really unhappy about it and end up with no apology fully refund. All in all they just want to make more money on swimming lessons and don’t care about the numbers.

I have been a member since almost 10 years. But this year, they have made drastic changes in the classes. They removed all good mat pilate classes by good instructors. I used to love Michelle and Joana's core and pilate classes. They removed most of them now and placed horrible useless classes in those times! I used to love it all these years but sadly I am in search of a good place where I can find these good classes now.

Can’t say enough about the consistent quality of attention to detail, upfront defining objectives, why, creating an as-is profile: show me where you are, observing where the student thinks they are and comparing with the goals; pointing out gaps, plan for reaching the goals, and the consistency among the two trainers I am working with. It would help all the trainers to follow a common approach which they do, fortunately for me. Though I understand there maybe no common curriculum or a stepwise approach for all trainers to follow - it seems they do - maybe that’s how they are trained to think before they join CS; because of their background and keen interest in helping others. for the current trainers I am working with.

I love this gym. Everything is clean and there are two floors of gym space to workout in. You can tell whatever company owns this place cares about it, between the outstanding staff, the always visible cleaning staff, and renovations. The pool is fantastic, the lockerrooms are always clean and stocked with necessary supplies, and the staff is always helpful.

There is an onsight childcare facility that's drop-in that takes kids from 3months onward. The childcare staff is always extremely helpful and I take my infant and toddler here.

The onsight spa is phenomenal. I get massages every few weeks and the masseuses definitely know what they're doing. It's also extremely affordable compared to going to normal places.

We signed up for membership but were never told that there are two hour time limit. Now today our first day there is this guy Fernando at counter speaking to us very rudely saying its above 2 hrs and you are suppose to pick your kid. We told him that we were suppose to check this at time of dropping my kid in kids play area, we said we shud have been made aware of this at the time of buying membership but he was pretty rude. Club sport you need to keep polite guys for customer interactions, else you will be out of business soon. I do see lot of already posted negative reviews here but I thought to make one of mine and it turned out to be pretty rude. Its not there in the contract signed up for 2 hrs kids stay limit and yet that guy rudely told this our faces.

After speaking with several members and anonymous employees, I’m saddened that Brooke (a member of management) could disrupt the purpose of a gym which is to promote health and wellness.

The conduct and unprofessionalism will be discussed with Club Sport corporate and I hope they can support her with coaching and mentorship. Her personal work frustrations due to budget cuts, and her personal issues with her daughter should be left at the door when she walks into her workplace. Being confrontational, dishonest, and losing her cool in a group class setting should not be welcome at Club Sport.

Heated classes are too crowded, noisy and unfriendly. It smells like fish in sauna. Hot tub has mold.

Although the club has good amenities, the users are all vietnamese passing nasty comments in their native language. There are terrible and harmful lotions being used in sauna, caused me terrible allergy. Do not recommend this place if you would like peace of mind.

The ladies in sauna are super noisy talking amongst themselves causing a terrible experience for anyone else other than their “GANG”. Yes it is a GANG that tries to police around while doing the nastiest of things in what supposed to be a calm and quiet place like sauna. It is super loud and full of disgusting lotions along with most unwelcome comments and suggestions from this GANG.

This club will go to really bad standing if this continues. Management needs to step in and make sure that ALL gym goers get a good experience instead of catering to this specific GANG.

I signed up last Thursday, showed up today for a Mobility class three minutes late (they claim to have an app for Android, it doesn't work, i have to call them or book at the front desk?). Yes, I was late, keep in mind there is no late policy posted and if it were in the app, I couldn't access it. The desk person checks me in, we head upstairs and as we enter the class the instructor Megan, doesn't open her mouth to tell us about her late policy or turn us away politely, instead she shook her head "no" and shoo'd us away like vermin. An employee told me I need to speak to Megan about it, he is the Director of Instruction, she was the one shooing me.I walked back to the Member Services desk and cancelled all 3 of my families memberships. If this is how leadership operates, there is bound to be a trickle down effect. Lack of professionalism and he general distain she showed is what did it. I'll never spend another dollar with ClubSport.

P.S. This all occurred prior to ever touching a weight in this gym, sad.

I signed up for this gym simply based on its location - next door to my daughter's volleyball practice. I like it here a lot, though. There is plenty of equipment, a wide selection of classes (yoga, u-jam, kickboxing, spin, Pilates etc.) and other services. There is a good snack-shack and lounge area, too.

HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! UNJUST!

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this gym, and I feel compelled to share it with others. I had booked a class and was genuinely excited to attend. However, due to a parking issue, I arrived just 2 minutes late.

What happened next was beyond humiliating. The class instructor not only denied me entry but also took it upon themselves to publicly insult me in front of the entire class. It was a truly unprofessional and belittling experience.

In an effort to address this issue, I reached out to the management via email to complain about the instructor's appalling behavior. Instead of addressing my concerns and attempting to resolve the situation, they shocked me by canceling my membership, accusing me of unacceptable behavior. It's beyond unjust.

I am utterly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by this gym and its staff. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who expects even a basic level of respect and understanding. My membership cancellation was completely unwarranted, and the whole ordeal was a degrading experience. Beware!

Amazing staff! Extremely clean facility with a wide variety of specialized classes and a huge selection of top of the line fitness equipment to craft your own workout routines.
I've been a member since 2007 and watched this Club go through different ownership and face many challenges. Have there been hiccups along the way? Yes, of course. Have they risen to meet and overcome these challenges? Again, yes. This is a gym with a wide variety of people and cultures and IMHO do their absolute best to be accommodating and understanding. What more could one ask for? 10 out of 10 from me.

Great place to swim indoors (heated) with my kid all year round. Price is reasonable for this nice facility with clean family locker room & shower, even better when you come as often as you like for various activities & equipment. This place has an upstairs workout room that is consistently 10 degrees hotter than downstairs without any fans or air circulation. This means that it's probably 80F or more with no fans to circulate the air. (especially in the back corner where there's no airflow). This is pretty unacceptable for how expensive this place is. The staff have definitely been coached on their response to this be side they all say that the building is set to 73. Their excuse is that it's because of the window that faces south (ok get blinds and a fan). How much can a couple of large fans cost and hiring someone to mount them???

Initially loved this place when I joined, but something happened at the turn of 2023.

Majority of the awesome trainers quit, classes aren't quite as fun, machine's attachment handles find themselves down stairs for some reason, the steam room is constantly malfunctioning, machines/equipment is being moved around all the time, the pool water quality is highly questionable, and flooding wrecked half the building?? What??

The worst part of all is there is this particular girl working the closing shifts. She has a big bundle of curly hair. She walks around with a superiority complex shouting at members like they are stupid. If I wanted this treatment, I'd pay $10/month at planet fitness, not $125 here.

It's been 4 months of these progressively worsening conditions since the end of 2022. I'm giving it one more month until May. If things don't improve, we're going to cancel our entire family's membership.

Perfect gym for a family! Especially the kids world has been so helpful with our special needs kid. We had to just let the employees at the kids world know that he was on the spectrum and they kept an eye on him but he did not need any special attention all these years. One thing I do not like is if you have an appointment at the spa they say it out loud when you checkin which sometimes is quite embarrassing based on what you are getting done, hopefully they will stop doing that. They have great classes, equipments and anything else you can ask for in a gym. The trainers for their Rev32 programs were great but not met any now after the pandemic. If you are going on a long vacation you can get fee break with a minimum pay which we have used a few times.

There’s waaaay too many swimmers here. All 5 lanes are almost always occupied by multiple people. I usually have to wait 40-60 minutes for a spot to finally open up. I’ve came at 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am. It doesn’t matter. And don’t even get me started on the late afternoon or at night (literally impossible with all the schoolchildren and the swim classes).

You’d think that for paying 4x the amount of a 24 hour fitness membership, you’d be able to swim without waiting hours on end. But no. This place is filled to the brim with retirees. And some of the swim lanes are filled with old people walking (not swimming) from one end of the lane to the other end. Some do this for HOURS. It’s ridiculous. There should be a limit on how long people can stay in lanes, when other swimmers are waiting.

I actually think they need to raise the prices here. I use to exercise here 10 years ago, and it was amazing in 2012. Even though it was cheaper back then too, I could still always swim without issues. There were always open lanes, and I didn’t have to wait exorbitant amounts of time for a spot.

But now that I came back in town and started using this gym again, this place seems to have really fallen off. I waited 90 minutes today for a spot to open up, but more and more people kept coming, while no one left. I had an appointment and had to leave without working out because I had no time left to wait. This happens often.

They also use to provide mouthwash in the locker room, as well as baggies for wet swimsuits too. But now, they don’t have those anymore. This place just isn’t as nice as it was in the past.

If you want to swim here, you’re gonna have to come before sunrise.

I have been a member since this club was Called CLUB ONE. Club SPORT used to be the best fitness health club in the Bay Area. It is saddening me to see the club is no longer kept clean anymore. The weight room is often dusty and dirty towel all over the floor. The men steam room is smelling and the thermostat is not working properly . People has to constantly pour water in the thermostat in Order to get steam to come out . People have been complained about these issues and the management has done nothing to address our concerns. Membership is not cheap $115 per month we deserve better service than that.

I attended the zumba class for the first time this morning. I super love the place, it is amazing! It's huge, very clean and staff were all nice and accommodating!! They offer many different classes aside from zumba.The location is excellent! It's near to where I live! The only set back for me is the cost of membership 🤔 but I do understand coz they need it to keep the business going. It's a 5 star rating for me!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

This gym is awesome, great classes but now i regret joining it. The reason to join this gym is because they offered 2 classes that I really loved(was very excited about them). I joined in late December 2018, little did I know that those classes would no longer be valid with the regular membership in 2019. The sales team is very good at selling their product, I give them that but caring for their members, that"s a ????.

The people in charge are really committed to customer service, and the facility is beautiful and has everything you might want to stay in shape and have fun doing it. Just don't be caught by the 30-day notice to quit policy.

Terrible place to take your kids for swimming, extremely impolite staff. Specially the director of aquatics Kathelene changes rules on the fly, does not inform parents about the change leading to disappointed kids

Awesome gym! Very new and clean! Offers tons of classes everyday from weight classes to stretching classes to kickboxing. They also offer a swimming pool, smoothie&snack bar, sitting area to watch tv and chill, big and clean locker rooms offering lockers that don’t require you to bring your own lock, saunas, steamrooms, plenty of towels, massages, and more. Lots of nice equipment too. You definitely pay the price for all of these things but it’s been worth it for me.

I am disappointed that I have to go from feeling like five stars review to one. Was a member for over a year and had to cancel due to moving out of the state. I had a credit on my account for almost 96$. When we canceled the membership we were told that no person was around to do the paperwork but that we would get a call right away about the credit to our account. Three days passed and no call. We had to call them and then when we did again no one was able to assist. Right before we left it felt like all the staff around could just scan your card and not make a simple decision about anything. Wish after all that time of being a member I could have left without feeling like that.

There were disrespectful and racist staff members, unprofessional customer services, they discriminate the Asian race. Worst experience ever!
