I have had the unlimited membership for two months now and have observed the growth and changes of a young business.
It’s a small space with only two studios but they tend to have a good range of classes. The girls upfront are lovely, especially the girlies in the morning.
It would be nice to see heated and non-heated options start at the same time rather than staggered. I personally prefer heated classes and it makes planning for a strength AND yoga class in the same day inconvenient. Sometimes there are only non-heated options or there’s not an opportunity for taking a heated class without almost an hour in-between.
It would also be nice to have a core group of instructors teaching consistently rather than having many fluctuating schedules, although the growing pains seem to have settled for the most part. Having schedule changes announced on their social media would also be helpful; I’ve had the disappointment of booking a class well in advance and come day-of it’s switched to an instructor I don’t particularly want to complete a class with.
Here are my notes on each instructor I’ve had good classes with:
Paola- Her playlist is amazing and she has a classical Pilates style with just enough challenge that isn’t discouraging. She has a ton of certifications and it shows during class, each movement is specifically curated and she explains what the movement is for and offers modifications when needed. (I have a bad knee sometimes) I look forward to every class with her on Mondays and Fridays. I wish she had early classes on Tuesdays again, 3 days a week with her would be a dream.
Bri- Her music is well curated for each movement, she’s fun, consistently encouraging and her sculpt classes make me feel strong and challenged every single time. She’s extremely knowledgeable and her background in personal trainings makes her sculpt classes amazing.
Olivia- I’ve been inspired to practice yoga daily since starting classes with Olivia. Classes rarely get more than 10 people (y’all are sleeping on it!) Her music is perfect for focus and she makes the class dynamic by incorporating foundations, flow and party trick moves. Aside from yoga, her strength classes have literally made a huge difference in my core strength. She takes her time in explaining form and makes light corrections and is always so chill about doing the move right instead of just doing it to do it.
Danielle- She has an incredible amount of energy and endurance. Her sculpt classes are so challenging, I am careful when booking her because I know she doesn’t half ass her routine and my knees act up. She starts with a challenging flow which is fantastic.
Sarah- Similarly, Sarah has an insane rhythm and energy. It actually challenges my learning style, I don’t take her class often but when I do it’s great.
Mackenzie- She has excellent choreography and often focuses on different areas of your body to keep things interesting throughout the month.
Paulina- She’s extremely warm, welcoming and also focuses on foundations of Pilates. It would be nice to see more classes with her as the instructor, I rarely see an open spot on weekends with her.
TLDR; It’s a great studio that is still growing and will surely continue to find its ideal clients and expand its current audience. The quality of classes are great and I look forward to continuing my membership and providing updates as the year continues.

Taking a weekend class here was an incredible experience. Even though the studio was packed, the energy was fantastic. The staff was super helpful, and the instructor led a challenging, high-energy class that left me feeling amazing.
All the equipment was in great condition, and the studio and bathrooms were spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this studio!

I purchased a ticket to the Summer & Pretty Watch Party as soon as they were announced on Instagram. The night before the event, I was told there had been an issue with my booking, but that a cancellation had opened a spot for me. Unfortunately, the next morning I was informed that there was no more room. While I appreciate that my refund was handled kindly, it was still very upsetting, as I had been excited to attend. It feels unfair that early ticket holders were unable to participate, and as this was my first impression of the studio, it left me discouraged.

Hi! I wanted to wait until I had taken a full week of classes with different instructors before writing my review. I attended opening weekend and enjoyed it enough to sign up for a membership. For context, I’m plus size and have experience with Lagree, reformer, and barre classes. After taking a year off, I joined here because I couldn’t find Pilates nearby just moved here .
Pros
+ Great class availability
+ Convenient location
+ Quality equipment
+ Beautiful space and aesthetic
+ Found an instructor I like
Areas for improvement
- I would love to see more modifications offered for plus-size clients, as well as for people with injuries or those who are newer to Pilates. Offering levels (like Pilates 1 and Pilates 2) could also make classes more accessible to everyone.
- The music doesn’t always match the energy of high-intensity classes. More variety and upbeat tracks could help the flow and motivation.
- During opening weekend, one instructor seemed a bit new or possibly nervous. More practice and support could help them feel confident leading classes.
- The schedule currently leans heavily toward hot Pilates. It would be nice to see more refined strength classes (not hot) available at different times, especially for those of us working 9–5.
Overall, I see a lot of potential here and I’m excited to keep coming. A few adjustments could really help the studio serve a wider range of people and keep building on its strong start.

I took a hot refined strength class at The Refinery Pilates Studio on their grand opening weekend and it was amazing. Ari was my instructor and she definitely knows the right workouts to target specific areas. It was a great class with the perfect amount of challenge for the length of the class. I love the way the place was decorated and how it is cohesive throughout the whole place. It brings a great vibe to the workout! I also loved the fact that they provide all the equipment we needed in a neat and organized way. I definitely recommend!!

Took the heated sculpt mat Pilates class here and honestly… it wrecked me in the best way possible. I was literally dripping sweat and shaking halfway through, but it felt so good. Also, everyone at the studio was SO nice. Like sometimes workout studios can feel intimidating, but this one had zero ego energy. The vibe was super welcoming and made me actually want to come back instead of dreading it. It’s rare to find a studio that combines such a challenging workout with such a positive community, but Refinery nailed it. If you want to sweat, sculpt, and walk out feeling like a stronger version of yourself, this is the spot.

Beautiful and well designed space! I absolutely enjoyed my intense strength class with Makenzie and then a slower paced class with Paola. Very affordable and conveniently located!
