Our personal trainer, Elijuhel, is so knowledgable! He does an excellent job personalizing our workout to meet our goals. I always feel that we are doing the exercises safely and effectively!

I have been training at The Right Fit for over a year. Debbie has been so helpful with my training journey. She holds me accountable and encourages me to push myself in a positive way. Her morning weight training classes are a great start to my day. I appreciate having the option of choosing Women Only classes. Great gym all around!

The best gym I have ever been to, the trainers are very professional and super helpful. When you walk in it’s always a clean and positive environment to work out in. This gym has also made me feel more confident using weights and the exercise routines kick my butt! 🙂 Overall I would highly recommend.

Couldn’t ask for a better gym!! Small class sizes and very clean!! I take classes on Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturday with Trainer Brittany and she is amazing and supportive!! I have recently started a few Friday morning classes with Trainer Debbie and have been loving the workouts! No matter what class you take all the trainers are amazing and will to help you on your fitness journey!!

I love this gym for several reasons. The small class sizes are a huge plus because it allows the instructor to provide individualized attention and feedback on your form. Additionally, the instructors get to know you personally and understand your capabilities, which helps them tailor the workouts to your specific needs. The instructors are all very knowledgeable, and the workouts are always fun and challenging.
Overall, I'm really happy with my experience at this gym.

I have been with TRF for about 8 years. I love my trainer Debbie she is very honest and helpful to get to realistic goals. I currently do my workouts from home via her videos due to my schedule. I miss TRF gym which had a small group of women to workout with in a positive atmosphere. Debbie is always there to encourage you to get out of your comfort zone and push to be a better version of yourself and is there to correct your form to prevent injury. If you are looking for a small gym to work out in that isn't full of people taking selfies TRF is the place for you.

I really like coming to this gym and I've been coming here for 5 months. Here's why.
-All women classes: I don't feel uncomfortable coming here. I'm here to sweat and grind alongside other women that are here to do the same.
-Challenges you: The workouts are different every month and everyday of the week. They exercise different muscle groups and really challenge muscles that you didn't even think you had before. Debbie herself knows the people that come in often and knows which dumbbells would suit/challenge that person. I've seen her do it multiple times and it's funny and heartwarming to see because she honestly just wants you to get the most out of the class.
-Check ins: Debbie, Brittany, and Aurion (all trainers) are always interested in what you're feeling and how you're doing outside the gym. Everyone has been great in teaching me adjustments to certain exercises that would otherwise make my knees hurt. You also get to meet with the trainer you see the most and do body measurements, weight check ins, and overall how you're feeling check ins. I really like those. All are optional. You can just do the body measurements or just weight or just a nice conversation as to how you're feeling the classes or improvements that can be made outside the gym.
I think this gym is best for people that don't really know how to strength train, but also for people that like a structured class/exercises. I find it super motivating to see people doing the exercises with me, especially when they're better than me because it shows me that I will get to that point if I continue coming.
Lastly, the classes are hard. They're meant to push and challenge you, but I think that's where you get to see who you are. Will you give up or take a small rest and get back to it?

I have been training at The Right Fit since 2011. Debbie and the other trainers are amazing - knowledgeable and supportive. They are encouraging while helping me stay accountable. I love the small class sizes that allow everyone to get adequate attention unlike huge gyms where you might be stuck in the back of the room. Everyone at The Right Fit takes a real life view of maintaining a healthy lifestyle - no crazy fads, un-achievable goals, or one-size-fits-all plans. I wouldn’t want to train anywhere else!
