I was tired of feeling held back from running because of a persistent issue with my hip. The Sling Method has allowed me to address any problem areas, old or new, and provides me with a strength training program designed to keep me running for years to come. After one year of following TSM, I feel stronger and healthier than ever before.
1/6/24 update: I was able to complete my 2nd marathon healthy and happy, this past fall, thanks in large part to TSM. The weeks and months following have been pain and injury free!

The only way to stay fit and injury free. Paul is extremely helpful and is always there as and when required. No other method needed as The Sling Method has everything one could hope for. Give it a go. You won't regret it. I haven't 👍

Not your traditional running program but you ll be very pleased with the results. I had plantar fasciitis for 2 years and couldn’t run. I was pain free within a month of starting this.

The Sling System is the ideal complement to your endurance training. Strength, balance, agility, coordination...you get it all...and in a way that improves your gait and helps you move in the way you are meant to move. You’re a runner. You’re injured. Stop doing all the things that haven’t worked and start building the strength you need to be a runner. Strengthen the slings of your body with the Sling Method.
I started using the Sling Method five years ago after suffering with plantar fasciitis for two years. The Sling Method exercises and strength training are the only thing that got rid of the plantar fasciitis, and it has never returned, and I haven’t been injured since.
I’m in my 50’s and I run year-round on road and trail. I never stretch, squat, lunge or plank. I only strength train using the Sling Method and I love running more now than I ever have.
I only recommend this program to runners because it’s the only one that has worked for me.

Really appreciate the support from the TSM community in troubleshooting any hiccups or hot spots as they come up. But mostly, I appreciate how TSM, combined with my own education in the human body/biomechanics, and the support of my local PT has helped me to navigate my injuries and training and feel much more empowered. The hot spot is the symptom—and TSM helps runners to think globally and look at the entire kinetic chain. Running is rotation! Even when moving forwards and backwards, the hips are internally rotating, your thorax is rotating, etc—so training those movements and focusing on the fascia networks is what keeps one running and running strong!

I was an injured running and after several physical therapist and a podiatrist I thought my running days were coming to an end. After finding the sling method, I’m back and faster than before my injuries! It’s a great program! Paul is very helpful! I’m super happy!

I really can't say enough. 2019 my running was stalled due to plantar fascitis after my first 100 miler. Lots of new learning and help via the sling method and I've now entered my second one pain free. Invest in yourself and trust the process was the best advice I was given. It really does work if you work it.
