Sports complex has really helped our daughter elevate her game of volleyball. It has taken her to the next level. Initially we eased in taking speed and accelerated classes. With every assessment, we continue to see the progress she has made. It has made the difference on the team she was able to make for volleyball. Sports complex is for serious athletes who are willing to put in the work. Even for LaCrosse and other sports, this is the best training to prepare you for the season. It is one of the best investments we have made where you can see the results. Attending at least 2 or 3 times a week will get you to your goals quicker. Our daughter loves attending sports complex, and we are glad to be a part of the Sports complex family. We highly recommend it. All of the coaches are friendly, tough, and fun. They prepare you mentally for your sport. The staff has been quick to address any of our concerns, and they tailor the program to help our daughter meet her individual goals. Prior to sports complex, the prior club told us our daughter wasn't strong enough or fast enough. Within enrolling at Sports complex within 4 weeks, we saw the difference, and now she is one of the strongest, and quickest girl on the court. They teach mental toughness, and they teach the kids how to compete in a non stressful environment. I highly recommend it.

As a parent, I couldn’t be happier with The Sports Complex PV. The staff are kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond when I have questions.

The coaches truly care about the kids — Coach Adam and Coach Julio, in particular, have shown so much patience and encouragement with my little one. He used to be shy about trying new things, but now he’s excited for baseball every week!

It’s such a positive, supportive place where kids can grow, build confidence, and have fun. Highly recommend to other families!

We have been at Sports Complex for two years. Both my daughters are volleyball players and the strength and conditioning that Sports Complex provides has been an important part of their training. They have gotten so much stronger, in a safe and supportive environment, and it has really made an impact on their volleyball skills. They always look forward to going to Sports Complex because the coaches are fun and encouraging, the facility is clean and well-equipped, and they have made friends and built a community. Our communication with the staff has always been great - they respond quickly to any scheduling or billing issues.

The Sports Complex engages in highly unethical and deceptive pricing practices that are in clear violation of California law. Per the Honest Pricing Law (SB 478) it is illegal in the state of CA for businesses to add mandatory fees not in the advertised price. We visited the location, were quoted a price of $299 per month for unlimited classes. We went home and signed up and signed their contract on mindbody and paid for the 1st month. After that, things took a shady turn, my son attended the 1st class yesterday after which we received a text from The Sports Complex to schedule an "initial assessment"....after we scheduled, they then disclosed that there was a fee of $199 for the assessment. When we then declined the assessment, they went on to say that it was mandatory. The mindbody contract that we signed had no mention of a mandatory initial assessment. I double checked the contract on mind body....it's $299 and a liability waiver. They then offered to discount the assessment by $35 and said that it was necessary because they will be doing class tests (get a baseline basically) and will include a followup assessment every quarter. Well, we didn't plan to continue for even a quarter which is why we signed up for the monthly subscription and we didn't want to pay $498 for the month of classes that was supposed to cost $299. Ultimately, they said we had to do it or quit, so i say ok, let's cancel and please refund the contract. A contract is a two way street...it outlines the responsibilities of both parties. Apparently, The Sports Complex thinks they can legally add whatever fees they like as "mandatory" and then they can cancel the contract if you refuse to accept the fees not in the contract. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and I will be filing a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs for your violation of SB478.

This is an incredible new addition to the Palos Verdes Peninsula. The sports complex has got to be seen to believed and Appreciated. As you can see from the pictures they have extensive training facilities including weights, speed training, batting cages and even hockey. They also do kids parties. They even accommodate lacrosse games. The employees are extremely friendly and professional and more than willing to give you a tour of the facility. Come by, check it out and tell your friends and teams!!! Shop and support local!.
