Love, love, love this gym! Tara is amazing and truly cares for everyone who walks through her doors. She’s one of a kind! The community is welcoming, warm, and supportive. The equipment is top notch, the space is always kept clean, and everyone who works out there for open gym is respectful and kind. I’ve never been into gyms or weight lifting until I started at The Warehouse. Tara is the absolute best. She’s right there supporting you, plus giving pro tips if you need to modify any exercise. All of her trainers are so encouraging and make it fun and easy. I’m obsessed, highly recommend 😍

This place is the real deal. The staff is wonderful. They treat you like family. Very clean and a lot of quality and various equipment that covers all aspects of health and well being. Great trainers that teach and professional. Easy to sign up for classes. They make it fun to get health. I have leaned that fun and fitness can go together.

My coworkers and I do a 2X per week small group training with Tara and we love it. We get a great workout in 30 minutes that is full of laughs and hard work. The gym itself is clean and organized with nice new equipment. Tara and all the other trainers are amazing.

This is the best gym hands down! Super clean and everything is new and kept up to date. There always improvements being made to the space. I’ve been a member of this gym since January 2024, and I’ve been consistently impressed. All the equipment is brand new and top quality. I can come in with a programmed workout and almost always find the machines, or equipment needed to complete my workout. The group classes are excellent for guided workouts and for learning how to use the gym’s equipment effectively. I also appreciate the highly skilled trainers who take the time to understand your body and individual needs. Their focus on proper form and long-term fitness, rather than pushing to the point of injury, is truly appreciated.
