The Weight Rm is a boutique gym in Torrance, CA, offering semi-private personal training sessions designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and achieve your fitness goals. Our supportive community and customized workouts provide a unique training experience.

We offer sessions on weekday mornings from 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM, weekday evenings, and weekend mornings. Whether you're new to fitness or an experienced athlete, The Weight Rm is here to support your journey.

I joined The Weight Room in May to build strength and heal a forearm injury. Thanks to Clayton and Antonio’s genuine guidance, my injury is fully healed, my posture has improved, and I feel stronger. They build individual plans tailored to your needs and truly care about helping you reach your goals. Their new, larger space has all the equipment you need. Highly recommend!

The Weight Rm is hands down the best part of my day! Clayton and Antonio not only helped me bounce back from a back injury, but now I’m stronger than ever and training for HYROX (with an amazing group!!) and am having an absolute blast while doing it.

But honestly? The real magic here is the people. I’ve made some incredible friendships here and words just can’t describe how grateful I am for this community. It is such a gift!

The training and coaching is top notch and the gym is super clean and they have everything you need. Every workout is filled with energy, laughter (we have a lot of fun!) and encouragement, and I leap out of bed every morning like a kid on Christmas just to get here.

If you want to get strong, laugh a ton, and find a place that feels like home away from home—come join us. You’ll never look at “going to the gym” the same way again. 🎉

For the first time ever, I am working out consistently. Clayton and Antonio are professional, knowledgeable, patient, and have good senses of humor- no smarmy gym-bro culture here, which is why I genuinely look forward to my sessions. I feel comfortable at The Weight Room. Never once have I felt self-conscious as a middle-aged woman with zero knowledge of gym equipment. Also, I appreciate that they keep detailed records of workouts. I was curious how much I had progressed in one specific exercise called the Farmer’s Carry, and Clayton was able to pull a record and tell me exactly how much weight I could do two years ago for comparison. My workouts are well-planned, balanced, and both trainers are great about working with any problem areas I have, always careful to check in with me (and everyone else). Short term benefits like increased energy and lean muscle mass are great, but I am even more excited that I am finally doing something that has been shown to help people live longer, avoiding frailty and bone fractures. I recommend this gym to people of all fitness levels, especially women who keep meaning to workout but need some guidance to make it happen.

I love coming to this gym! The trainers are awesome and everyone is welcome, it’s a really friendly environment. You’ll find people of all ages and fitness levels here, having fun while working hard.

It’s clean and organized, they have everything you need, and there are no egos anywhere!

I had a great experience training at “The Weight RM.”. Antonio and Clayton are experienced and committed to helping clients meet their goals. During my first session, I was introduced to the In Body Machine. This machine provided a body composition analysis, muscle-fat analysis, and body composition history information. I value this info to help me review my history and push me towards accomplishing my fitness goals. I highly recommend The Weight RM for anyone looking for great atmosphere, good trainers, and anyone committed to fitness results.

I’ve worked with Clayton since 2023 when he was managing another gym. My previous trainer changed professions and I was seeking continuity in someone I could trust to be knowledgeable and experienced in multiple disciplines of training. Two years later I find myself reliant on Clayton’s steady, consistent and committed demeanor to his craft.
