I love going to Sheetal. In just a short period of time I feel so much stronger and way more flexible. I started as a Pilates novice and she worked with me on my technique and I’m so much more confident than I was before. Doing private classes at The Well will be the best decision you make for yourself!

Sheetal has created such an inviting safe space in which to work. Her skills are exceptional. I get the best workout that is designed to challenge me while always being aware of my neck and spine issues. I feel so energized each time I leave and look forward to my return.
It is over a year later and I am still going to Sheetal. It helps me so much and I am feeling so good that I now go twice a week. How lucky I am to have found her!!

Over the years I've worked with all sorts of trainers and physical therapists, but none have been as intuitive to my body mechanics as Sheetal. I look forward to our one-on-one meetings, which are always evolving, tailored to my body's needs, and never ever boring. Her studio is a quiet oasis, allowing me to disconnect from the workday and be perfectly present.

I agree with all the other 5⭐ reviews. Sheetal is amazing! I've done group Pilates for a few years, but her one-on-one classes are something else. I have some old injuries and issues (and I'm naturally lazy); she makes adjustments to strengthen without exacerbating the pain or my mental anguish at having to exercise. The benefits of her class sneak up on you. One day, getting up from the sofa is just easier, like you're springing up instead of grunting up. After a couple of months, I picked up a cast iron pan with my left hand, which was always a struggle, and suddenly realized I was lifting it with no problem. One-on-one classes are not cheap, but Sheetal is worth every penny. And she has a great sense of humor.

Sheetal has created for our group a one-on-one feeling in our Zoom-based Pilates class. The class is wonderful, and Sheetal is able to describe the movements in a way that makes it easy for us to follow. I love this class, and I recommend it to anyone who is interested in doing PIlates remotely. You should also note that Sheetal does in-person classes too!

I loved working with Sheetal! It is essential for me to have a trainer that understands my body, listens to my requests, and puts safety first. The best part about working with Sheetal was her intuitiveness with my body and what my body was capable of doing that day or if a certain move wasn’t necessarily right for me at that moment. I trusted every judgment she made and every exercise she had me perform. Her studio is clean, light, and has lots of good energy! She is truly a fantastic person and has a unique gift as a teacher. I hope she remains a pilates teacher for a very long time because she is a blessing to all of her clients.
