Crossing paths & meeting Kylie has re-focused my entire year - toward health, mindset, and a sense of community. Kylie's awareness in identifying how to help other people feel good in their skin and test their limits, is built on trust and openness. Going to the wellness room and doing one on one yoga has changed my life. I have lost a significant amount of weight, gained a ton of flexibility. I have always played sports, and have always wanted to try yoga, but big class sizes always scared me away. The wellness is very intimate, and Kylie is an amazing instructor.

The space was warm, welcoming, clean and very relaxing. The session was customized for my body and what I needed to achieve more flexibility while being supported. My one-hour breathwork session at the Wellness Room was the best treat for myself during a stressful week. This time of the year, the days are shorter but my list of things to do is longer and life seems to move faster.
I walked into the room with a headache and holding tension, I walked out of my session feeling like I left my stress behind, felt lighter and refreshed. Kylie was professional and an expert practitioner; she guided me through a breathwork technique that gradually enabled deeper belly breathing, calmed my mind and helped me de-stress.
Her instructions were clear, easy to follow and tailored to my level. Breathwork at The Wellness Room was a wonderful session that allowed me to getaway and elevate my own practice.

I'm 65 years old and Kylie has helped me to stay limber enough and strong enough to still play basketball with guys half my age. Beginning yoga has also greatly helped my golf game. Kylie is very experienced with helping people of all ages and fitness levels. The Wellness Room is a great place to rejuvenate and feel great. Look for the special priced packages.

Kylie organized the first yoga retreat I attended. I loved the experience so much that I have been to 3 other yoga retreats since January 2022. And Kylie's retreat is still my favorite date. There was a strong focus on movement, play, and spirituality throughout our whole time in Costa Rica. I strongly recommend attending a retreat with Kylie and Akash Retreats.

Looking forward to my next opportunity to join Kylie for another fantastic retreat like the one I enjoyed in January 2022.
Yoga, community and adventure were the three pillars of the experience and Kylie was at the center of it all, teaching, sharing and leading.

My time practicing yoga with Kylie was nothing short of extraordinary. Sheβs attentive and skilled as a teacher and exceptional at flowing with her classes to meet their needs but also while pushing them to their edge. I had a particularly acute spiritual experience during one of her classes on retreat that left me wanting to do many more retreats with her in the future.
