I was visiting Santa Monica for about two weeks and I was looking for an boxing gym that can help improve my technique. This was one of the only gyms in the area that isn't boxing cardio base and is more tradicional. These guys are the real deal and will improve not only your technique but your conditioning as well. Very Great Experience! I booked a class there to explore more about the world of boxing and I am glad that I found this gym. Coach Chris was very nice and gave a lot of good tips and technique feedback. There was a lot of good drills covering a lot of aspects of boxing while learning the fundamentals. Everyone in the class including Coach Chris looked like they were having fun which made the vibe of the class very enjoyable. The class was very fun, which I learned a lot of new material and definitely looking forward to coming back in the future!

My coworkers and I love boxing with Chris and Jack! We’ve been training with them for several months now and they’ve gotten me in the best shape that I’ve probably ever been in. You can really tell that they care about their clients and technique. It doesn’t feel like just a regular work out class where they just collect your money and have you run through drills. Hands down the best personal training experience I’ve had. Chris is a good-natured, down to earth Trainer with tons of great workouts.
